Wow, you are right. A few weeks ago I emailed Support to ask a question regarding a deposit bonus. It took five emails until I finally felt that they were actually reading my email and not just replying via a script.

Terrible!!

The PokerStars is dropping in quality in every aspect of their service. Years ago the support was fast and always on point, now it's indeed a pain to deal with them.

Every aspect of the PokerStars experience it's getting worse and worse. It's time for another company to step in and take their place. We were Poker!

is it only fkn ps.cz client or is it for everyone after update, that we dont have option to change lobby filters theme anymore? for example, its impossible to filter only one format in sng lobby like this

Works just fine in Finland. They are blocking them from some 3rd world countries probably to avoid scamming and money laundring.

Looks fine here as well in Romania.
It's likely some kind of regulation issue, Hungary is not really a 3rd world country and is part of EU.

Im not sure, they did this a few days ago too, and nothing was fixed afterwards. I posted about it just a few posts up {post 27565}

The error where you had to right click more than once to colour code someone in the replayer has been fixed with whatever they did today. Not sure about anything else though.

did anybody ever come across the following stars bug?

you register for a spin, none opens

However the money is deducted from your bankroll, and you can see the tournament in your "registered in tournaments" tab? (but you cannot get to the table, unless you restart stars?

It is for everyone - on all client versions.

Prior notice of this happening was given quite sometime ago in this thread...

Click "open my settings folder" in help menu, copy notes.Username.xml (from memory so something like that). Copy user.ini too if you want to keep settings etc.

With the progress bar still being frozen at 100%, is there a way to find out where I am at for completing the step.

If you go to Cashier and click on the blue 'info' icon in the bottom-left VIP Club section, you'll see your monthly VPPs. Supernova Steps are multiples of 500 so you'll be able to see how close you are to completing your current Step.

My lobby has gone a bit mental with todays update. There is some weird overlapping of text and tabs are duplicated for the games... Anyone else?
