Hi Keith - I emailed support about this but thought I would post on here in case anyone else had issues - it asked me to change my email address a few minutes ago as my emails were bouncing back, even though I got all stars emails.

Hole cards now always visible when all-in

FYI - With last month's client deployments we made a very small feature change to All-In gameplay: we removed the ability to not display your cards when all-in at cash game tables. We suspect that most players won’t notice or care about this, but the team has more information about this change on our blog here:

Thanks for posting - sorry you're having problems with emails. Not much I can add, but let's see if any other players are facing similar issues.

The team reports that we have an issue with the display of VPPs. A solution is being worked on, but in the meantime the VPPs are being credited.

Dude, i know you are upset with amaya and everyone does, but keep in mind, that they never will scam you in that way.

Besides, there is a problem with the software and they are trying to fix this, problem that you are not the only one involved.

Second, if you hate amaya go to 888 or ipoker where the rake is 3x higher and gtfo here.

Third, Every software has his problems, so keep calm dude.

Well, you are probably not long enough around, but in all the years on Stars i can't recall that anythink like that has ever happened. Agree with it or not, but there is a huge decline in everything at Stars. Keith obv excluded as he really represents the old spirit of Stars and does a great job.

Ok so i guess the missing funds will be returned to the "Available" sometime soon Keith?
As they disappeared from the "In Play" and now is only left what i had without them, 5BI is missing.

2nd Update: The database team has extracted the information on stuck tables and funds, which has been forwarded to the Poker Room team. It's a manual process to clear the tables and refund players, so this may take a while. Some players will be refunded before others, and I don't have any information about how long it will take, but I will post again when I get word that the team has completed the task.

I believe the funds will be returned to your Available balance.

I have ~10. Allmost pooped my pants when I noticed they are no longer in play or available. Amaya allmost sucked out on me big time.

Pokerstars client still going mental when the Full Tilt (The Deal) shootouts pop up ("Registration is not allowed from the Pokerstars client" popup on repeat + accompanying loud clanging). Either treat them like any other tournament or prevent them from popping up in the Stars client.

Well, you are probably not around long enough to remember that there was a time when people could rematch HUSNGs without having enough $ balance for it, which led to people freerolling $5k HUSNGs and stuff. There have always been software issues.

So having the detached chat issues I mentioned awhile back as well as bet slider disappearing on some tables and overlapping action button on top of the pre action buttons that were supposed to disappear (check/call, check/fold, etc). Went to click on help tab to get all the logs, etc and help tab lights up the question mark on scroll over but clicking it doesn't open it.

So guess I'll try again next session.
