And, to anticipate the comments about why we need players to help us test a solution - this problem is one that we are unable to reproduce in our QA lab. Since we can't force the crash bug to manifest itself here, we have no way to verify that the code changes have cleared the bug even though the software has passed all our normal system/regression/performance tests, so we need your help. If the prior version was crashing/freezing for you and the new version does not, then we'll know for sure and we can roll it out to everyone.

We are waiting to get feedback from .COM players before we start deploying this version to other licenses. If the changes do not improve things for most of the affected .COM players, then we'll have to investigate further.

So far we've only heard back from two players who have tried the new .COM version, one here on the forum (thanks, Anuj22!) and another through Support.

Hopefully as more players come on line this evening we'll get more feedback. Ideally we would like to deploy the new version with the solution as quickly as possible, but first we need confirmation from affected .COM players that its working well.

Im EU player from Latvia, and its almost impossible to play lots of tables and grind hard, tables can freeze at any moment, its so annoying

Problems are only with Windows 7. I played one session with windows 10 and no problems, but had to go back to windows 7 because I had troubles with my graphic card.

I thought you knew this already...

After facing lot of problem with ps software for last 10 days 2 days back i updated my graphic card

It worked and i had no problem for last 2 days

To check build version 13519 i reinstall ps again just 90 minutes back

It started good for first 15 min but then it crashed and freezed so i closed ps and opened again and so far no problem its working

Things are going in right direction and i hope pokerstar will be normal soon

I have already send all the details along with files

I am using Window7

Danielesp - since you are a .com player and still using Win7 (or so I gather from your post) which is still crashing (I presume), could I trouble you to download the special .com client we have that's been modified to hopefully resolve the crash bug? If your older .com version crashes on Win7, but this new Build 13519 version of .com runs on Win7, then it will be another indicator that the recent code changes may have resolved the problem.

This post explains how to get Build 13519 for .com. Please give that a try and let us know whether it runs okay on Win7 for you.

Could you tell me what your old graphics card was, and what you updated to? This might help with the investigation.

I downgraded to 12825 and havent had any problems since .eu client. Avatars and all. I recommend to do that instead of being a lab rat for ps.

Not only that this bull**** continues for almost a MONTH, but now the very old 12713 version of pokerstars.bg has bugs too and session lord is not working... I don't have this at the new version but it is unplayable because it crashes every 5 minutes. Just WTF?!

We understand and share your frustration. This is the nature of bugs that are not reproducible, they are very difficult to isolate and resolve, and typically take many weeks or months to nail down.

If you've been helping by modifying your user.ini and sending logs and .dmp files, we thank you for working with us. It's only through this type of cooperation from affected players that we eventually find solutions for irreproducible bugs.

We do expect there to be an update to the .BG client tomorrow (along with a few other smaller licenses) with a potential fix for the crash bug, based on the special .com client we made available yesterday to affected players.

I use windows 10 and experience the crash all the time, or weird bugs that include my detached chat locking to a table, without the lock being clicked (nor does it show a closed lock, shows unlocked icon) and won't unlock till I lock then unlock and/or refresh the info.. also sometimes my check/fold, check/call any, etc still show underlapping the red buttons when they pop up, or my bet slider disappears altogether but if I click where the slider should be it still goes up an increment, and often my replayer kills star's responsiveness.

I'm gonna try out the new build today.

I updated to 10.18.10.4425 intel HD graphic from i think 9.17.10.2843

We also should remove PS completely including poker software registry files as well as any other old or broken registry

We can use ccleaner.com

Test build complete fail, was crashed shortly into session, unregistered. No I am not gonna be losing money trying this crap over and over. Just gonna revert to an older working build mentioned in this thread.

This is tiresome, and it's ridiculous spending this much money and frustrations just to send u logs and do the same **** the next day. Old WORKING builds are the way to go imo.

I really don`t care for stars or their **** support anymore, I feel it`s important to get that out there. I don`t care what anyone says. This is pathetic.

I have been sending all sorts of log files for months and months, basically get the user.ini auto response and no follow thru.

Finally people gang rape u in a thread on 2+2, when all these frustrations are at a peak with ur entire player base- and only then do u roll up ur sleeves and admit something is wrong on ur end, and start trying to figure it out?

Go ahead and 'assure me' that these 'issues' are your 'top priority' and that you are 'working on it' as 'hard as you can' LMMFAO oookaay then... I guess now u are... You know, since u got gang banged in a thread on 2+2.
