When you enter a tournament and pass the "no unregister" zone, give us the FPP's. I don't think I should have to wait until the tournament is over to get them when I'm getting them anyway.

However If I lose a pot and am down to 1-999 chips (after an all in/showdown), say 800 I have to manually "single" rebuy and it is hard to do this before the next hand starts. By checking the auto double rebuy I am essentially saying, "I want the most chips I can have at any stage in the rebuy period". Can you please make this chk box also auto single rebuy if I happen to be below starting stack but not at 0 after a showdown?
This, plus a way to auto-addon so i don't forget to addon again.

No problem. This is actually a really good example of a player request coming true. A lot of people were writing to ideas@pokerstars.com asking for them, and I was monitoring that box. The person who normally deploys SNGs is away, so me and another colleague thought we'd throw some out there.

We also added NL 2-7 Single Draw from $1 to $200, plus higher limit 5 Card Draw, Triple Draw, Stud, Stud Hi/Lo, and Razz.

If you think there are any other big gaps in the regular SNG offering, let me know.

OK, sure. We also put antes a little earlier so people can't just sit out and cash as often.

Can you guys make a table theme or something that allows us to sit opposite the opponent in a HU match/table?

Or is there a way to do this?

What about hyper-turbo nonsatellite SNG's? And winner takes all SNG's?

It goes without saying that the turbo double or nothing tournamets are going to have a lower fee % right ???

Alex

You guys should consider using this format in a STEPS satellite system.

If you double it up, you advance to the next round. If not, busto.

Yeah, you guys got the juice way too high on these.

If a full SNG costs 10% juice, shouldn't these half SNGs cost 5%?

We're charging the same rake as most of our competitors are for the same tournaments. Nonetheless, we are monitoring the feedback about the rake, and may make further tweaks if necessary.

Any idea of a eta on the autoreload feature alex, and did the trials go without any server problems?

Alex

From my observations, these tournaments are taking less than half of the hands to complete than a regular SNG. It's also important to note that the skilled player's edge is going to be less in these 'double up or nothing' SNGs than it is in a standard SNG.

You guys are being greedy and are very likely going to kill these things off fairly quickly.

I know I'm not playing any of them until the rake goes down.

I know you guys are running a business, but I'm inclined to agree with Pokerboy here. You guys are killing your clientelle too quick with these.

A standard turbo SNG on Stars rakes about 7.5%.

But to play half of a turbo SNG on Stars you have to pay 10% in rake.

It's just plain silly, and to say "well, x site is doing it as well" is really a sad excuse.

DON's play more like a heads up tournament and the standard rake on those is only 5% not 10%
[PokerStars] Software Improvement Thread Quote

I think 5% is still high but I could live with it.

Thank you for your email.

The entry fee and total prize pool of these events is identical to other 9
player Sit & Go tournaments of the same buy-in.

That is why the tournament fee matches those events as well.

Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

.....................

WRONG WRONG WRONG

Number 1 they are not like other 9 player sng's the in the money % is similar to heads up tournaments.

Number 2 with a ante at the third level they are playing like a variation of a turbo not a regular 9 player. And turbos have a lower fee %.

Stars you are WRONG WRONG WRONG on this one and your reasoning in your e-mail response it embarassing naive and mathimatically w-r-o-n-g.

There are 18man for 27$ 38$ and 60$ but there are only 27$ and 60$ 45man
So please add 38$ 45man Sngs, no idea why they are still missing.

Also there are 12$ turbo 180man and 11$ non turbo 180man
I like that, you should do that at higher limits too imo so add maybe something like 22+2 180man turbo or 27$ 180man turbo or whatever buy in you want it in the twenties.
I also think there could be 55+5$ 180man. I am quite positive they will run frequently.
