Anyone had issues recently with Stars just quitting unexpectedly, then when rebooting all of your saved settings are gone? Table layouts, bet sizing etc etc. Notes still there (as I guess they're stored in their servers) but colour labels all gone too. Super ****ing tilting in the middle of a session...6

Yep. Stinks. Happens to me about once every four months and I start over setting them. Per the other response here it sounds like there is a better plan than re-doing it all, but I'm not that tech savvy.

When Aurora became mandatory the traffic declined even further, hence why they removed alot of buyins and made them OD.

I played the 180s and 45s turbos when the 7-30$ buyins existed and I grinded the 3.50s and 7$ for a longtime esp the rebuys in 180s and I can say that you need alot of volume to be profitible in them as with most SNGs, with Aurora you can't play 20-40tables anymore I can maximum play 14 before I start lagging and every grinder has the same problem as me, you can't multitable efficently anymore and get the daily volume needed to have a sustainable income, wherever you live.

Everyone switched to MTTs now that used to grind SNGs, poor rakeback that only benefits fish, like the new changes that only benefits fun players yet again in the long run and ignoring regulars, and no one has time to grind 9hrs today just to have a breakeven or loosing session.

aurora was such a terrible idea, really the nail in the coffin for stars

Has anyone ever had an issue where the numbers that show in the betbox actually show slightly out of line and out of sync above the betbox?

I use table organization software sometimes but I noticed today that it was happening sometimes when I wasn't even using those programs.(Not that I think it was an issue with those programs)

Sometimes the number would show in the betbox and sometimes the number could be seen slightly out of line and slightly above the betbox.

Just curious if this is a known bug that happens sometimes with their software.

Can players join private clubs using their mobile device? I can't seem to figure out a way to do that.

Pokerstars doesn't show the rake take in cash games. They should show the rake taken.

They do. You should take a screenshot from a handhistory (without shopping it) to prove your point.

Yep, one thing I noticed when I was forced to upgrade to Aurora and start using a new theme. In the old classic theme the rake was right there on the table but now it's hidden.

Does anyone know how I can deactivate the Christmas table?
It appeared today and I have disabled aurora ambient animations. However the table shows Christmas decorations.

Just rename or delete the xmas folder.

I have had problems with aurora from the beginning. Finally got it working decently using ugly carbon theme. When the xmas theme popped up after the server maintenance, I couldnt figure out how the fk to turn it off. Got on chat and they had me send log files... Just goes to show you how quilfied they are to solve even the most simple issues.

I got on to chat and they told me how to "disable optional graphics" in the top left menu on the table.

Guess it's all about who you talk to.

Anyone had problems with player screen names blinking? Instead of showing the action taken when the player acts, it just goes blank. Also blinks randomly. Turning optional graphics on and off seems to help. But seem to have to do this each time load a table. This was after UK client update.

Yup, although mine tend to just go completely rather than blinking. There will just be a black space where the username would usually be.

Yes I am sure. It shows in hand history and you can hover over the pot like in Esa's screenshot.

Yeah also been a bit laggy for me as well. Sent my log files and told to reset my settings, which did not work.

Asked on Discord and has been reported as a bug.
