Is there a way to go back to legazy.. Aurora is absolute dogshit.. and they havent improved it months.. the ****ing layout system still dont work, lags and looks like ****. **** stars

FFS they have done it again and forced an upgrade to the dogs hit new software.

Is there anyway to go back again? The layout is horrid, the cards are atrocious, it lags and worst of all halve the time I click the bet button it doesn't even register.

Legacy no longer works for me. Aurora has this issue where I open several tables and everything works fine, but when I start closing even just one table, the client freezes. PS support says my computer probably isn't good enough for Aurora, even though I can play multiple tables just fine. It's the closing of tables that causes the freeze. Hope somebody figures out how to enable legacy again.

on .EU i can still use the old software. there was no forced update on the client.

in several threads/posts ppl shared that you should always change the route where the PS icon points and should use pokerstars.exe instead of pokerstarsonlineudate.exe/pokerstarsautoupdate.exe.

i learnt this way back in the days before aurora cos sometime the updates fcked up the HUD and i didn't want to wait for the HM developer guys to update their software to work again.

I noticed that the cards on all sites are very small and I need a new monitor, maybe some huge TV. But why is that made so when there could be a possibility to not only resize the tables but resize or select the size of the cards? Like table-size cards, monitor-size cards. Trying to imitate like real poker size cards relative to the table is an illusion. The reality is whatever we make it and the bigger cards would be a massive improvement on that arena.

Since last update my client freezes every time I close a window. Either a table or the hand replayer. Chat support useless as usual. Anybody else having the same issue?

Just try to undo last update: Copy everything from subfolder "backup" to the parent folder and overwrite everything, then start PokerStars.exe and hope for the best.

Until the next actual forced update.

Most updates are optional but occasionally, probably once or twice a year you get a little pop-up saying you can't play until you update to the latest version and there's no way around it.

This is f'n terrible

I rarely play on Stars these days (I rarely play MTT's anywhere these days) but had plans of playing this weekend. Figured I'd fire up a few cash tables only to discover the b.s. Aurora crap again. How can they believe this is any kind of improvement???
