My user settings reset out of nowhere. Also for some reason I have to keep unticking the 'Show Upcoming Only' box if I want to rail SNGs. Was there a new client update?

When the 1 million $ freeroll beggins? You could make now the schedule for all 4 of them.

what happened with the stellar rewards ? milestones bonus? I dont remember reading about them being removed AT ALL.

So not only did I lose my user settings I also can't progress in the VIP club?

My StarsCoin counter has been stuck there for the past 30 minutes while grinding. What the heck is going on?

Hi reps,

Stars recently re-introduced regular PLO tables at $25/$50 and $50/$100 rather than zoom only at those stakes. I have noticed a few players mention that the Run It Twice Option is not available at the $25/$50 tables, could you look into this please?

I recently migrated both my pokerstars and FTP accounts from .UK to .EU

Since the move over i have been unable to pair my ftp and stars accounts together. After 4 or 5 rounds with support they said thanks for letting us know of this issue it will be passed on to our developers etc. That was 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Is this a widespread issue and can anything else be done?

VIP Steps update:
- Some players did not receive StarsCoin for their play on January 1st - those players impacted have now been credited the StarsCoin they earned
- The mobile VIP store is now working
- If you completed a Step and it is stuck on 100%, log out and log back in to reset (you are still earning StarsCoin correctly in the background).
- There are some UK players who did not receive a prorated value of their last incomplete Step of 2015 - these should be credited within the next couple of days

Thanks everyone for their patience in us working out some of these issues, hopefully it will much smoother going forward.

Here's a really minor one, but thought I'd share it anyways:

If you hover over the title bar within the green square, from about the '$' to the dash, and above the bottom of the text, a hover title appears that says "Click to see hand history". Obviously there is nothing here to click on.

I am using the "Black" theme with the table shrunk to almost the minimum size.

Am i the only one to encounter frequent crashes on mac os?
The almost sure way to reproduce it is to close a table before sitting out (I usually do it UTG when I'm done with my hand). It also happens sometimes when i reorganise the windows (apply layout).

The lag that happens everyday during primetime that lets me time out more often than it should. Is it a feature to strengthen the pokereconomy or is it not intendet?

^ but please give us an option (if possible) to prevent AI shootout tables from popping up at all (as our action is not required there). I like to meditate in silence during the break and would hate having to turn the sound off every break.

(Moving AI SOs to :56 is still a priority anyway.)

Haha, disregard that idea, it came to me after experiencing iPoker beta client horrors (an all-in shootout popping up suddenly and hogging the RAM so much that the cards dealt at another table aren't shown at all; and I can't time my registration in the shootout because there's no late reg).
