Also, FYI – we have new client builds deploying last week and this week on all licenses for desktop and mobile platforms. Most are out already and the last few should deploy within a day or so.

Sorry you have experienced this. When it next occurs, please contact Support with a description of the effect and your log files. Go to Help > Log Files, add your issue description in the text box and click Send Logs. Please make sure they know it doesn’t happen to all tables, the freeze occurs for an extended period and seems to coincide with heavy traffic. Include a description of any HUDs or third-party apps you are running, too.
I will report this on my end, but we’ll need your logs through Support to investigate further.

This has to do with this tournament being an MTT. In an MTT with open registration the server requires there to be at least one physically open seat at all times, which prevents 1 table with 9 players.
When the second table opens players are assigned to it one at a time for some reason known only to server developers 
, so we briefly have one table with 7 and one with 2 players, etc., until they balance out.

As it turns out, the new clients deploying this week should support Win10 (we completed initial testing / bug fixing for Win10 in this build). However, there may still be minor bugs we didn’t catch that players will uncover – so those of you who have had Win10 issues up till now, please let us know if they persist after you update to the new build for your license. The bug fixes for Win10 we did implement may resolve the Win8 issue, too, so please let us know on that score as well.

How about simply running a script once a month and start limiting the biggest offenders? are you able to fix the problem where the heads up table has the blinds the wrong way around? button = big blind every time in this situation.
