got my account back.. kinda ridic, but happy its over.. half a year, lots of documents, emails, slow / no replies.. loss of tickets, rakeback.. do not recommend
So redraw all your money and time to find another site to play.
But like others have already said, don't "trade" money with other people. It will only make problems for you and the site remembers everything.....

Trading the money with others wasn't a great idea. But Stars' performance here is awful. This should never take multiple months to resolve. And some amount of communication in a normal way and responses in a normal timeframe should really be the minimum standard especially for a company rolling in the dough as much as they are and especially in a situation where THOUSANDS are being held.

I could have a discrepancy of $1 in a transaction at the bank or a drug store on a pizza I ordered and know I would get significantly better communication than that. Why they couldn't do better here is frustrating, disappointing and not exactly inspiring confidence.

What was the last email from PS before reinstatement of account?

In my case, after the account got temporarily restricted in March, I waited for 8+months before receiving a notification through email asking for additional verification of my account (selfie with ID, copies of bank cards, proof of address). One week has passed since I sent those documents again and now I am afraid it is going to take another couple of months before I get any other request.

Could you tell us more about the last requests from PS and the dates before getting your account reinstated?
