I'm a little lost with the last part of your post, but I'm sorry if me calling the spam/scam "obvious" hurt your feelings - I thought that was a pretty mild jibe.
As for the second paragraph - yikes! I don't know if you've ever been scammed before, but if you still believe you were directed to the Stars website, you're just asking to be phished/scammed one day. This kind of thing is so common these days, if you aren't on the watch for it, you're going to get burned. Anyone can create a URL with the word "stars" somewhere in it, and then whip up a page that looks just like a page on the Stars site - you need to be a
lot more cautious with what you're clicking on.
