Would like to see a higher buy-in daily PLO Hi tournament . Something like 215$ with re-entries and 20k gtd. There is just no PLO higher buy-in tournament to play if not Wednesday, Saturday special and Sunday. Should be high buy-in daily and i imagine it would fill up nicely.

There are over 9,000 people registered for the skill qualifier, but I can't figure out how they got in

I was in the same boat and wondering the same things. I only did the normal challenges too. Then, on a bit of a whim, I decided to check my tournament tickets in the poker client. What da ya know...there amongst the others was a Skill ticket and presto, i'm now one of those 9000 registered that you mentioned.

In today's qualifying shootout, I made it to the final match. Had 22 vs 94 on a 7656 board and was 1 card away from qualifying, before the river card 5 came, nullifying my pr and leaving me with a 0 from 8 attempts success rate.

I'm now of the opinion that Pokerstars doesn't want me to play in the FR and are just teasing me into thinking I actually have a chance of participating.

Lmao at the bold, your other points hold some decent weight (bar the soup advert, funny but not gonna happen, I even think the all in snake bite bs advert is better than that idea), stars could be doing more to make the site a bit more inviting instead of this cold corporate atmosphere they seem to be giving off atm.

In regards to why are they not giving more? It's a dying industry, it's not expanding anymore, it likely makes better sense to take all the money until it dries up instead of just trying to hope another online boom happens.

1 from 1 in qualifying skill ticket tournament played this morning (my time).

Hooray, I was able to qualify (better late than never), thanks to the one opportunity given to actually play poker and get in on merit.

After going 0/7 on those shootouts, it felt so great to finally get a ticket lol - it must have felt extra nice to win the ticket via the skill competition ... congrats on the ticket Sonic!!

Looks like there might be fewer than 75,000 entries after all - guess every little bit helps

was 0/5 for the shootout and won my ticket in today's, only 24k entries(odd when every other one was close to 50k) so just 2 flips to win. Should be easy to fold into a $15+ cash unless you get unlucky. Just wait out the tens of thousands of sitting out players.
