I've been stuck in a 45man $3.50 SnG on stars for almost an hour. At the break something happened and the tourney won't restart. There are still 26 players left. 2 tables are closed and the other one has the "the 5 minute break will start when hands on all tables are completed" message.

Just seen the cardhunt promotion... Really like the idea! Looking forward to playing and completing the puzzle!

Edit: Once they have fixed the glitch thats currently happening on the cash tables!

Guys here is an advice. Ignore the challenges and just focus on poker. If it happens to complete a challenge good but don't hunt them.

Yay, glad they've now released a new promotion! Haven't played for a while on Stars but these challenges have encouraged me to jump back into 25nl. I really like the concept of completing puzzle pieces by winning with certain holecards - sounds fun! Also not complaining about the EV, as it's similar to the EV of the cash game quests and may be quicker to complete as well - i'll have to see how long it takes me.

Well i'm right so far, less than 500 hands to complete! Cash game quests typically took about 1k hands iirc.

I have an idea for the Pokerstars VIP store. I think they should sell Bankrolls for stars coin. That is, a relatively large amount of tournament tickets for the same game and buy in for a discount on the cash back convention.

For example, 40k stars coin currently gets you $40. An equivalent bank roll option could be 50 buy ins to $5 Spins.

Benefits to players

Get a better rate on their stars coin.
It will help new and/or degen players not move up too quickly/chase losses.

Benefits to Pokerstars

More rake will be generated from Stars coin
Recreational players will stay longer
Money stays longer in the poker economy (benefit to players too)

I can go into a lot more detail with the benefits, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to draw your own conclusions.

I realise they removed tournament tickets recently, however I think by having to purchase a large amount of the same game and stake is significantly different.
