David, I hope we will have more promos like yesterday's 180 man in future. But next time make it clear enough for everyone and let everyone to enjoy. I mean make this promo more than half a day. Would nice to see whole week like this!

I completed today's challenge a while ago and didn't get registered to the freerolls. No answer from support. Any help?

Even worse, support gives a useless reply that they "cannot confirm that you have completed the challenge, therefore we cannot register you to any freerolls."

How about permanent then but ofc with less rewards. I think that promo like this - play some number /like 100/ of 180 /win 2 or smth similar/ for the day and win some tourney thicket or pure $ event with random rate, will boost this tourneys participation. When ps have the best software, that should be used players to not want to play at other sites.

I did -- and 3 days no response. Hence why I posted here -- you seem to be the full staff of Stars online community support.

Recommend a damn revert of all these terrible ui changes for the worse. An iPhone user complained similarly. You are chasing away users if you now remove long-enduring CHOICE / CLARITY from sitting at a table.

I was offline for several hours after contacting support. When I opened my email, support had acknowledged that I was qualified, but DID NOT register me for the freerolls!

How do I get proper compensation?

i missed that 5K/5% promo and now the rest of the promos suck..

but look what i found in 3th quarter financial result:

by the way big portion of the day (before challenge started) there was no "i" symbol, so no info button at all. i asked at discord chat and was told that clicking on picture and see probabilities is all i need to know. under this impression one could easily miss the information that it is challenge not meant to run whole day.

yes, you needed to press the start button before the challenge somewhere midday (and at that time "i" button was already there i assume), but it could be easily missed when someone open challenges window second time and thinks there is nothing new except that highlighted start button.

about today challenges i juste paste what i wrote to discord. its not a biggie, but could be fine to have:
"hi. i see new challenges are about doubling reward points at specific time. it would be nice to see the times in timezone i have set in client. yes, i can count, so i know what is ET converted to CET, but you know its 2017 it should be not that hard to display such information in format which is used at the other places of the client "

What date? You are referring to multiple freerolls... which ones? More info needed. Get that info together and email support. Tell them if they cannot resolve it then to forward to me.

Today's happy hour promotion, should have been spaced out more evenly. Two of the three hours within the first 8 hours of the day meant I woke up to find only one remaining.

ok, so todays promo is supposed to be a winter celebration ticket freeroll. Except in the challenge window there is no link to the tournament, no tournament ID, no nothing, just stating it exists. Searching for it in the lobby gives no results (might be due to filters instead of tabs working horribly).

i just selected tourney tab and buyin: freeroll as only filter and tournament is right in the middle of the screen. bold black "Winter series ticket giveaway". ID: 2117913903

Typing "giveaway" in the tourney search field would show you the freeroll.

There was only three happy hours and two were far too early, Stars were actually tweeting about the promotion after there were no more happy hours left.

About that giveaway how many players are you expecting? Is it your typical closer to 10k?

Anybody has any idea what type of players are invited/eligible for these shootouts? Are these players selected randomly or they invite the losing players only?

Last week too there were 3 separate shootouts and there were very few players registered, so was wondering what type of players are eligible for this shootout
