Yea im getting it. Instead of logging out of my computer I think I just Xed out of the website. Was trying to log in with my iPad and now I can't. I'm thinking of logging back in on the computer and logging out correctly to see if that works

There was a configuration mistake on our side which is now fixed where the $75 Tournament Money prize was being mislabeled as a Free Bet. Apologies for the error; we've checked impacted accounts and you should all have received the correct value, just in T$.

Don't believe we're aware of this one. Can you send log files in to Support after it happens? If you are able to replicate and send in, let me know and I'll make sure you're given a token of appreciation for the trouble.

We're aware of this one and the fix should be released later next week with our next client update.

There's a free bets tab and it'll show you how much you have

When you click a bet and choose the amount to bet there should be a dropdown box to let you choose whatever particular free bets you have

I actually got a free bet from a chest a few days ago and it never showed up. I sent an inquiry to support and still haven't received a response...

I did, however, get a free bet from a chest today and a free bet was there when I checked. Still missing one free bet. I want my damn free bet!

That whole Christmas Chest thing is confusing and I stopped bothering to figure it out. I've apparently unlocked the first two days of chests. Are we supposed to receive anything for the daily chests? I honestly can't tell if it's working properly or not...

If anyone actually understood how that works I'd appreciate an explanation in English

And what exactly is needed to complete a chest? I don't see anything in the progress bars...

It's very likely that the missing Free Bet was related to the issue where a T$ reward was mislabeled as a Free Bet. But if you DM me your UserID I can check your account to confirm you're not missing anything.

You shouldn't ever get a Chest that only has reward points inside. Can you send me your UserID so that I can check?

From Dec 1-24 for any day that you complete your Stars Rewards progress bar, you get an additional 'Christmas Chest' on top of your regular rewards. That extra Chest will have a wider variety of rewards than usual (ranges from poker T$ and tickets to sports free bets and casino bonuses) depending on what you've been playing.

There's one additional element: if you collect 3 keys (every Christmas Chest has a 25% chance of awarding a key) you'll unlock a Chest that becomes available on Christmas day that has a cash prize inside.

The value of your prizes is tied to the Stars Rewards Chest level you're on. The higher your Chest level, the more valuable the rewards of your Christmas Chests.

I'm on regular stars. I'm guessing the stars.pa rewards are better than row stars because I get empty chests with only points towards my next chest all the time

Anyone else parking lot surfing to play some PA stars like myself? Any tips on where to access plugs and WiFi and things? No Starbucks nearby, my laptop battery sucks so I kind of need a plug to play longer than a couple hours. Does McDonald’s etc have plugs available I’ve honestly never checked?

Day-tripper here from Jersey. Guess you need to define "nearby"...I drive about 65 minutes to play in Eastern PA where there's a cluster of Starbucks. While not as cozy, you can check out the Dunkin Donuts website to see which of their locations have both Wifi and dine-in seating (doubt finding a wall outlet would be an issue but you can always call a specific location to confirm).

Just to clear up an issue with those players who received empty Chests. We did have an error when some Chests were opened earlier this week, these Chests were supposed contain Free Bets but due to technical issues - the bets were not credited.

We followed this up by dropping a new set of Chests to all affected players - for players who did not get the same amount of value (due to randomization) we've made credits to individual accounts to make up the difference.

Apologies to everyone affected by this.

You have to complete a progress bar to get anything. Plus you need 3 keys to open the chest on Christmas. Which you get by opening chests before Christmas. This is done by completing the progress bar each day.

Public libraries are excellent locations for a day tripper. Youll find outlets, wifi, and comfortable seating without having to spend money. And, as long as you shower youre a step up from the homeless who are the usual day crowd!
