what was traffic like pre-quarantine?

why doesnt my mouse wheel work with the built in PS hot keys? it only functions if hovering over table despite that setting being unticked. All of the other commands work properly.

On a different note. Has anyone been able to get their full hand histories from Pokerstars? I've emailed support twice asking for my full hand history dump but havent heard a response.

I really want a history of all my hands. thanks - any ideas wil help.

I am running so bad! Literally made it all the way to 42 without a chest. and 42 is the worse becuase theres a good chance I only get 2 chests i last row now. The one bright side is I just hit black chests so these gauranteed last 2 will be at higher level.

I'm on 37, pretty sure I'll roll a 5 next roll...lol Bright side is I got 15 bucks in my last chest not sure of the color, I don't pay that much attention to chests.

So I'm finally able to login and play from my location but only on my mobile phone and not my laptop. Is there any way to transfer hands played on mobile to my pt4?

I dont think hands are saved on mobile device . The only option is to email stars for hh and import them into pt4

no dice. did that originally to get it working. whether hem is up or not, mouse wheel doesnt work unless hovering. its brutal and i cant find anything online.

if i cant find a fix, does table ninja work well with this version of stars?

So I did the "Bet $10 in the casino and get a random prize" promotion two days in a row.

First one when I opened the chest the screen went blank and I can't see where I got anything.

Second one when I opened the chest the "prize" I got was a "Bet and Get bonus challenge". Anyone have any idea what that is?

So has anyone else had an issue with Pokerstars PA where they do a password reset and the temporary password they're sent does not work? I have tried THREE password resets at this point and nada. Typing it in manually does work nor does copy/paste.

I have emailed stars support and went through the form on the website but can't find a support number for Stars PA. So I'm locked out of my account.

Any suggestions?

no i did it also. its still showing as processing. they did manage to get me to play two hands of black jack. im 1-0-1. i have officially retired

im sure many share this opinion but as someone who played back in the day, it is AMAZING how bad the software is overall compared to 10 years ago.

Can someone explain the golden button challenge to me? can I only do it for 12 hands (4 from button 8 from anywhere else), or is it 12 per day?

It also says win 20 cash game hands with an ace at top, but I only see 12 tiles.

For a minimum prize of $2 it seems worth it to grind(I play mainly plo so need to play some nlhe to qualify)

edit: nvm, it seems like each card doesnt give prize the whole completion gives prize. So basically its like a ~$7 bonus for playing nlhe cash daily. Wonder how many hands it usually takes to hit. Anybody know what effective rakeback it basically is?

I loved some things from the old site but as far as how the software runs I think it runs great now. I'll be the first to admit that I had problems in the beginning but it turns out my 5 years computer was the problem. I have a I7 now and it runs great.

Sunday tournaments 1 dollar rebuy+add Hyper turbo was one of the funniest things ever. Just an example of one tournament. Many great tournaments on Sunday and fairly easy to win seats to the 200 dollar event through satties.

I wish they would add zoom tables for NL I think at the small games they have enough people 100 and down. Although I dont know how many are the same guys playing a bunch of games.

I chatted with PS about this - they literally told me that the amount of points needed to clear the bar was related to a lot of factors, including your results. I should have saved the response. There is no transparency about what each person's bar is.

It looks like from this thread the highest diamonds are ~24k and highest blacks are ~57k. Hopefully we can all update each other if there's any BS where it goes higher.
