What just happened? Looks like there was a massive internal crash or something. I exited all my tables and my buy-ins aren't in my balance. Most of the tables are empty now so I am guessing I am not the only one?

I cashed for 927 in the 100 nightly last night and didn't get paid. When I requested a tournament summary, it sent me the wrong tournament information and it showed it was still running. Funny thing is the completed tournament shows correct on Sharkscope.

I contacted support this morning. After waiting in chat for 37 minutes I was given this explanation.

"We are aware of the issue and our programmers are working on the fix, although no timeframe can be provided.

Due to this technical issue, effected tournaments are not showing as completed on our end.

Once resolved, all effected tournaments will be pushed through as complete and any missing winnings will be credited at that time.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

The tournament has been over for a good 9.5 hours.

Nice score, hopefully they get you paid soon.

The same thing happened with cash buy ins. I exited 12 tables last night around 11 when things started going crazy. The money is still missing from my account. Not touching poker until confirm they have it fixed.

It would happen on the day I decide to move up limits. Lol, go figure.

Update: "Thank you for waiting our apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is a technical error affecting multiple aspects of our platform such as Cashier, Poker and Casino.

The issue has been escalated already to our technical department that's reviewing it with the highest priority.

We hope to see it resolved as soon as possible."

Nothing to do but hurry up and wait. Almost kickoff anyway.

Same issue. Left a cash table at 11:02 PM with ~2 buy-ins and money has still not been credited to my account. Received essentially the same chat bot response as others. I am going to email support shortly just for additional documentation.

I also ordered a "player history audit" and there is no record of me leaving the table in question. All other activity for the night is accurate. I am set to auto-rebuy to there it's basically impossible for me to leave a table with $0.

This is so dumb.

Update: I ran a player audit and saw I got issued a credit about an hour ago from one of the 12 tables from last night. They had it labeled a Good Will Credit (Admin) and basically matched what I had in my last hand history. They are indeed working on it, but it remains to be seen whether I will get credit for the remaining 11 tables. Me emailing my last hand history from each table may or may not help them, or might annoy them. Time will tell. 😏

I am still owed about $245. They told me they are still working on our accounts and they believe everything should be completely updated by Tuesday.

New name/stack size font, not a fan.

Unnecessary change, along with the rest of GUI slight changes that I can't quite put my finger on. Borders, edges, roundness or something.

If we can change felt, theme, etc...

Perhaps allow a selection of font (not like all of them but like 3, 5?), size, bolding and color?

I was credited the remaining buy ins from the 30th. I was informed they were being distributed in batches based on amount. I did ask if they were able to identify the issue and if they could give any reasonable assurance it wouldn't happen again, and if this was an isolated incident. I have not received a response yet.

I am still missing money. They are still saying they are working on it. I also asked about the Spin of the Day not being accessible for the last couple weeks and they acknowledged a n issue but had no comment.

I can't open the app on my desktop anymore, it just says "client program failed to initialize".

It still works fine on my phone.

Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?
