I never did sell them, but shared with friends, so that wouldnt be a problem.
Where did you find the information that you can share them, but not sell?
Its a very weird suggestion for me, cause I dont see a big difference. Thats like scpritping is allowed if you dont pay for the script?!

I should have written: "Sorry, but no one other than PS can give you the answer you could rely on being correct if you sold or shared your stats and somehow they discovered you had."
Have you told them you have already shared them with your friends and now want to know if you broke their T&C? If not, ask them, and hopefully they will answer you, in due course.
