Very glad to hear.

I'm slightly concerned that 10nl will not be representative of what 200nl or 500nl zoom will look like though. At the higher stakes there are more regs who would be willing to start a pool and keep a pool going.

Either way, great to see zoom being tried

I see 200nl 50nl 10nl and 2nl in the zoom tab. Hopefully 200nl can get going tonight

Anyone get HUD working for zoom yet or not avail yet?

Anyone have a clue what this is in reference to? Just curious.

Hello *******,

We have become aware of players who were recently in violation of our tournament rules. In a case such as this it is our policy to confiscate the balances of the offenders and to add funds for compensation where appropriate.

You were involved in a tournament in which there was a disqualification. As a result, $20.00 has been credited to your account.

The integrity of our games is of paramount importance and appropriate action will always be taken when players operate outside the Terms of Service. We work hard to police the games in order to pro-actively prevent such instances. However, in cases where it is discovered that rules breaches have occurred, the aim is to ensure that any players affected are compensated appropriately.

We regret that we will be unable to answer questions as to how your specific credit amount was calculated. Likewise, we are not at liberty to identify the specific games or players in question. Suffice to say that the offenders have been barred from the site and you will not encounter them again.

Thank you for your continued play on our site. Please let us know if we can help you with any further issues or questions.

Regards,

Emily K

So the plural "players" suggests it's a group unless they always use that form even for single individuals & I suppose your $20 might be representing more than one tournament. What STTs & MTTs do you play? Do you have Spin'n'Goes in NJ?

I'm a rec player and usually only play 1 or 2 MTTs in the afternoons with $5 to $20 BIs. Could just be a $20 one.

I wouldn't read so much into it. Probably just a form that first level support sends out. Doubt the person who actually sent it really knows what it says let alone the nuances of plurality.

Also, 200NL zoom seems really bad. Has there ever been more than 8 200NL tables at once? No, right? How close to that? Why do we need zoom?

Tell PokerStars to shelve zoom. Work on getting New York to legalize poker and combine with New Jersey first at least.

1/2 zoom ran last night with like 10 entries for a while.

If you're a 1/2 reg, you should be sitting zoom. The 10nl pool has been amazing, and running almost constantly

Once we get the 1/2 pool started it'll def run all night. If you're looking to play 1/2 tonight come try zoom!

Yeah there were 10 or 12 in the pool last night.

Also, can't imagine offering zoom has anything to do with New York legislation, lol

Doesn't PA vote on legalizing online poker sometime this month?

edit: they vote again on June 6th. Fate Of Pennsylvania Online Gambling Amendments Likely To Be Decided Next Week

By my calculations there would be one bout every 350 days. Basically once a year.

I have no idea if this post is serious or if it's an "about three fiddy" sarcastic post.

Either way, well done.

It does not really. They were two different thoughts. But the more states that combine the bigger the player pool will be and then at some point Zoom may be more feasible.
