Can anyone who was a blackcard member and is using emails to prove it tell me what email addresses I should search for in my email? I somehow still have the stupid black card itself, but figure the emails can only help.

This was a known issue that should now be resolved going forward.

So it seems that the cashout process is limited. I really don't want to drive down to AC. How does this echeck work? I deposited cash and do not have any "echeck" setup with PS.

I always just transfer funds to my account linked with WSOP and 888 so this PS withdrawal process is new to me. Thanks in advance

Can we add $2/$4 LHE?

Pokerstars is definitely playable without sound, but can someone please tell me when exactly this will be fixed? Major inconvenience

hmm. i feel the best email address to search would be the one you used to play on full tilt. I am lazy and don't delete my emails so had tons of them. I also have the physical black card. Snap a photo of it and send it to them.

SUPERNOVA! BOOM!

+1 yes please. Or choose to be the only online poker room in history to not offer 2/4

Also, they have fixed the super nova 'ending in april' glitch. mine now says dec 31/2016

I hide my status on the tables. People too scared once they see it. lol

Requested a wifi adaptor from the store and repeatedly denied by support and live chat. Still unable to verify location from my home computer. Have exhausted all options. Can play seamlessly from my house using iPad and iPhone. But who wants to grind on a touch screen all day.
Live chat people have been snotty and rude from my experience so far.

A couple updates to share:

1) We will be adding $25 buy-in Spin & Gos this afternoon.

2) We are interested in your feedback on a proposed schedule for our first PokerStars NJ SCOOP series which is currently scheduled for May. See the below schedule, and feel free to share your critiques and comments. Please note that this schedule is not yet official and changes may still be made.

I've encountered the same thing but support at least was not snotty to be when I was talking with them. The support person explained to me that once you have been connected to WIFI on a device (whether that be a mobile phone, laptop, etc. etc.), you are no longer eligible to receive the wireless WIFI adapter. I have been playing on a laptop but I was hoping to be able to shift my playing time over to my desktop and larger screen.

Dylan: Is it true that you are not eligible to receive the wireless WIFI adapter once you have any device successfully connect to WIFI and play on Pokerstars?

Why such a huge emphasis on 6 Max? 1/3 of the events are 6max.

Is this feature still not working for any of you? My colleagues have had difficulties reproducing this error and it appears to be working as designed in our testing environment.

Thanks,

Pretty much all cash games that run online are 6m so its seems fitting. In saying that i think schedule looks very bad for the NJ market/player pool. $200 limit stud on a saturday night? that may not get more than 20 people. Does 2-day mean that it will restart on monday the next day? That would definitely be a bit silly to do over the smaller buyin tournaments that look like theres no gtd's as of right now? If youre going to make it a 2-day have it start on friday or saturday night then restart on sunday. The NL/PLO mix will also only get small numbers but im not saying you shouldnt run them. The crowd that gambol it up in the NL/PLO tournaments will more than likely fire up another NL tournament if you have it. If you tried for a 30k gtd with $150-200 buyin with rebuys i think youd def hit it almost on a daily basis and for sure on the fri/sat nights where more people have off. Whatever you decide to do, just make sure you run tons of satellites into the $100-1k events. This is a big mistake the other sites make in that they only run a limited amount the day of or day before the actual tournament. Anyways im pretty sure that pokerstars has sent out email surveys to NJ residents before, why not send them a quick 10-20 question of what games, stakes, time, rebuys, etc so you truly get to hear what the people want.

Not happy about the schedule at all. Im a NL player so ill comment just on those events.

Event 4: 500 6max turbo seems like a high price point for a turbo make it a regular speed or cut the buy in in half
Event 5: Never ever would I play a 2 day $100 1R1A tourney
Event 9: 4 max is fun enough already making it a super KO will just make it gimmicky. there are 5 KOs already
Event 16: Better to make this a saturday tourney if your going to make it a 2 day for the working people and to draw more people to play saturday
Event 18: 2 day $200 tourney cmon noone wants to play 2 day tourneys below a 1k price point
Event 20: Tuesday are good tourney days in NJ with a $500 on stars and party so people will be playing. Give us more than a $100 hyper.

Thanks for the feedback. These events will have guarantees, but we are not yet publicizing them.

That's the current policy. However, I am in discussions with our security team to loosen the requirements, and so long as it is not abused we will be able to make exceptions for cases like the ones you have described going forward.

Please send me a PM with your PokerStars NJ UserIDs and I'll make sure you are each sent a wifi adapter in the meantime.

Dylan

Regarding the SCOOP, I know Stud is popular on East but I think a Horse would draw more. And a vote to move it away from Saturday night.

Or maybe just add a Horse for a Sunday

Dylan on another note, that PLO 4 Max killed the guarantee

Maybe it was so good you are forced to keep and then add another 100 change up...
04-04-2016 , 12:14 PM
I like 6-max tournaments, but I think the NJ SCOOP has waaay to many 6-max events. Need to trim it a bit.
04-04-2016 , 12:29 PM
the software is so powerful it messes up the sound system.... This should be the first thing that needs to be fixed...
04-04-2016 , 12:31 PM
Thoughts on adding a medium level buyin each day?
Possibly another HU event?
Please make these events run in addition to the current schedule, do not replace them with it.

+1 way too many 6 max.

6 max is a refreshing change from 9 max however been playing so much 6 max lately im itching for more 9 max.

make sure you add satellites. that used to be a big + about party till they even somehow managed to screw that up to making what they offered lackluster

I understand what people are saying about making the 2 day tournaments on a saturday...but with that being said, i think having the larger ones, like the $1k 6max, and the $500 main, etc on a saturday would be a disaster.

Saturday tournaments simply don't draw as well as sunday tournaments do. period.

Day 2 affects an incredibly small % of the field. We're talking probably 9-15 people in most of these events. That's not a large enough % to really make a huge impact.

If you want to stick a 2 day tourney on a saturday for the weekend warriors, fine, but don't move the good high stakes sunday stuff.

The last thing i'll say about 2 day tournaments, as they are not something that have been tried in nj yet: if someone is making a day 2, they need to be playing for significant money. I don't think any recreational player is going to be happy to have to take off of work, or even come back a second day (regardless of whether they're coming back on a sunday or a monday) to be playing for only a small first place. As a result, I think the low buyin 2 day events ($20, etc.) are basically just a bad idea
04-04-2016 , 12:40 PM
There is not enough 6 max. Please make more tourneys 6 max.

A bigger buyin regular plo tourney. (6 max obv)

A bigger buyin heads up.

I don't understand the buy ins here. Obviously it's too late to change for this time, but the disparity between high and low (10x) is too high, in my opinion, or there should be medium events as well.

I don't want to grind the highs at the edge of my bankroll/many above my bankroll and as for the low end only like 3 are worth playing for me.

Obviously satellites will help get into the bigger events, and I understand that over saturating the event with 3 levels for each may be too much - so IDK exactly what I'm looking for, it just feels off to me.
