8-game tournaments would be awesome, as would higher stakes cash games.

Are they for sure totally gone? Maybe they just didn't have the min # of required before start time and got canceled. I know I always late reg tournies.

Bugs/quirks:

* Right-clicking a table to change the color of the felt defaults to changing the color of ALL open tables

* The lobby should indicate if you have busted from a non-re-entry tournament

* The tournament lobby should not have a "Register" button for a non-re-entry tournament that you have already busted from

We've got $5/$10 Limit Holdem running pretty often. $10/$20 is available. I'd like to see $4/$8 8-game and hopefully $10/$20 as well. The $1/$2 is running strong, and I know a lot of the $5/$10 LHE players play mixed, so I'd imagine something like $4/$8 would run pretty often.

I'm certainly willing to be patient with the addition of limits, but I do think the big jumps between certain limits is going to make it difficult for players to move up and down.

also seems like my play money chips re-filled/lowered back to 1m after yesterday . not that i really care. but i know i didnt have exactly 1m going into today. nice to use them to play other non holdem varieties while i get my br up to play the cash games

There's an option to make color changes to only one table:

Settings > Gameplay > Multi-Tabling > TABLE THEME CUSTOMIZATION (at the bottom) > Check both checkboxes

earning stars coins was easier than i expected. drove up to jersey to play the other day and earned like 5000.

is the VIP store going to have a lot more items added as time goes on? right now all items are available to bronze star. I remember back in the day they had hundreds of items and a bunch of stuff for higher status.

When trying to make my first deposit, I was told my bank details cannot be verified and asked to send a W9 to confirm my SSN. Has this happened to anyone else? Did anyone else feel comfortable sending this information to Amaya?

I am pretty sure the Fifty50 lobby's display misinformation. It says "1st to 5th places will be paid $.91+$.03 per 100 chips". Everybody starts with 1500 chips so.....the same errors are in all the Fiffty50 lobbys.

Yeah I sent it as did everyone without their ss card immediately on hand. seemless.

Officially I feel the software sound issues is making it unplayable. I play 4 bovada tables and seals and the stars software cannibalizes the sound and then mutes my entire computer including podcasts i'm listening to etc. Ive never heard of a software that attempts to prevent me from playing on other sites by muting them.

Also, in case anyone was wondering the LIMIT rake has absolutely increased since Mar 16. It's not much higher but most was a 4.5% to 5% increase. I know all other formats increased but they specifically said in press release that limit rake would remain unchanged. incorrect. And bovadas limit rake is lower if you are making comparisons with other sites.

This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Over 30 hours and no contact from support on my issue.. I can not login because I was never sent the temporary password. Hello Poker Stars can you help me or not I deposited 500 and now have about 612. I need to access this money.

ok again i have only been playing at play money tables bc i have not been id verified yet so maybe its different. but i havent had those problems w sound while playing. another caveat is my sound settings are limited as i hate most sound effects. my settings : from poker table< options<sound has a check mark<sound settings<check mark on enable sound settings<i have the following on :
time warning
end of break warning
achievement
vip steps
vip status animation
warning
error

with everything else off

again its just been play money and in limited time and if you need all those god awful chip/card shuffle noises that wont matter. but i haven't had an issue yet.

I would recommend using the call back option through the in client support I got a call back in an hour. 10am to 10pm is the hours.

Thanks for the advice I will try this tomorrow. Just frustrating to fire up a couple hour session and have the sound go silent on a top of line alienware pc. And I need the sound on the other tables. this allows me to know when to act and gives me that pop bump to the front sound when dealt a new hand.

I get in a grove and can play over a thousand hands on 4 bovada tables in under 3 hours and this one stars table is effing me up every time and hurting my bottom line.

Stars. Fix the sound. Pretty please. Tomorrow night will be the last time ill tolerate this. Ill just take a few month break till they fix it. i got enough action as is.

The sound issue won't be resolved for 2-3 weeks when the next update is scheduled to come out but it is top priority according to Dylan. I feel your pain my eyes are doing overtime without sound.
