Sent an e-mail to support regarding the bonus, will they e-mail back asking which bonus I want? Or just credit me with one or the other.

Wish it was 12 pm open today for us degens who took off to watch the NCAA tourney.

yes i am thrilled about the mtt schedule. its a step up from the other sites for sure and i like the buy in mix. i know many are ballers w hundreds if not thousands every month to potentially blow on tourneys but not everybody can do that regularly.

i see those offerings as a huge step up as the other sites dont put as much up by way of guarantees and not spread across so many mtt's. have to see how they do. i hope they crush their guarantees.

+1 for HU tourney. hu cash isnt my thing but HU tourney would be nice

I agree

Matching bonus (we were calling it steps for some reason, i think someone else used the term and I was just repeating):

Btw, I don't live in nj, but if you add these tournaments and can get some ok traffic going, I'll move there. Lol
I would adore a 1K guarantee HORSE tourny. Even if the buyin was in the 30-50 range

Thanks for answering these Dylan

I'll make sure the bonus page is updated as well as SNG/Tournaments lobbies.

Stakes offered will be reviewed on a regular basis, and the current offering does not necessarily reflect what you'll see a month from now.

While we take player feedback into consideration, there are no current plans to offer heads-up cash games at launch, or in the immediate future.

I responded to your PM, but as another poster pointed out, the Quick Account Creation process closes your previous .COM account and is not reversible. Players wishing to maintain their ROW account must open a new PokerStars NJ account with a new UserID, and aren't eligible for the welcome offer of a VIP status and StarsCoin balance based on play history (but are eligible for the First Deposit Bonus offers and everything else).

For any confusion regarding VIP status or how this process works, don't hesitate to contact vipclub@pokerstarsnj.com.

I have shared all your feedback with our Tournament manager for his review and consideration. Please note that the initial offering will be reviewed daily and may be changed on a weekly basis in response to traffic growth. The MTT schedule in a few months from now should look quite different than the schedule next week.

Thanks,
Dylan

I was finally able to login with a Mac last night, although I didn't actually play any hands when I did that.

Update to this, they literally got back to me in under 10 minutes and applied the bonus to my account along with the freeroll ticket, can't access it until 4 pm to make sure it's there obv.

Excellent customer support so far.

My query was answered in less than 10 minutes and with more thorough of a response than was probably necessary.

I'd also be in favor of a KOTH system, but anything resembling Party system would be awful. HU is the purest form of poker, it would be a shame to not have any HU on what I think will become the market leader in NJ.

I tried to convert my old PS account using the quick creation option and it gave me an error. A box popped up that said "Warning" Please email support@pokerstarsnj.com for assistance.

So I did and am waiting. But it also shows me logged on with my name and old icon and everything so I'm a bit confused.

If I click Cashier and try to deposit the Account Creation prompt pops up again.

I still haven't received an email response from support...
I got the same notice and emailed support too - still waiting to hear back.

Just wanted to give Dylan a shoutout on being prompt on answering questions and giving as much info as possible.
Can I get somebody to stand up and say "Amen!"? Yes, I'm bragging on a colleague here, but he deserves the praise. Dylan has been putting in a lot of extra hours to deliver as much information and answer as many questions as possible. If anybody wants to post a "+1" to the shoutout, that'd be all right.

I'm really looking forward to seeing a bunch of you folks both tomorrow evening in Jersey City, and on Saturday at Resorts. Unfortunately, Dylan won't be there so you can thank him personally, but we're going to get him over here sooner than later so you can shake his hand and tell him what an awesome job he's been doing delivering the G-2 to the Interwebs.

Regards,
Lee Jones

And Pokerstars for making us the poker capital of america!!

Waiting until 4PM is torture. I'm super excited for the tournaments to start. Anyone know what day the schedule listed on the site goes live? I'm assuming on Saturday or on Monday.

+1 - keep up the good work, Dylan! say hello to Mark Cavendish for me if possible! :-)

I think most in NJ would agree that one of those most incredibly frustrating things about the existing sites in the state now is the lack of communication from customer support. Continued assistance like this will definitely lead to you guys taking over the market sooner (since you'll obviously be #1 eventually) than you might have otherwise. It is appreciated!!

It's good to see that someone as high up as Lee is aware enough of how important customer support is to showcase a Stars Reps contribution to this post. I really do believe that exceptional customer support is going to be what leads to Stars taking over much more quickly than otherwise would be possible.

Did you originally get the rollback error when installing? I had trouble logging in all the way until midnight and it's still not installing today.

Very jealous of you guys right now....
