Yes, the plan will be to introduce it there at some point. Our server restarts for NJ are at a different time compared to other licenses which is why it is not yet available.

Dear StarsNJ,

I am an MTT player with an ABI of $204. Why in God's name would you give me 5x$5 + 2x$10 tournament tickets in my rakeback chest instead of simple cash?

Edit: I didn't mean to sound so uncouth with the above, so my apologies for that. But this structure is wildly inconvenient for me (I guess I now grind out 5 $5 Spins..?), and the main point is that it's so easy to just...not do this. Why not just give out $45 in tournament cash? It almost feels like the software is needling me, which I know isn't what you are going for.

Pardon my posting this here on the NJ thread, but it looks like there's no Official PokerStars PA thread 2+2 yet (I don't think). In the meantime though, assuming the software is the same....

1) Is it possible to mod the themes at PS? I purchased one from ModManiac.com, but it didn't seem to work, or at least the custom decks didn't stick despite installing it correctly & following the instructions, etc. Perhaps the NJ/PA software isn't like the international version?

2) Has anyone else noticed this weird thing where the bet amount will appear off center from the box?

Hi has anyone had trouble with pokerstars working on Catalina for mac OS? Been trying to get this to work all day but it wont because of geo- locater. Anyone please help me or tell me if it has worked for you.

Hey Dylan,

I am unable to log in to neither foxbet nor the pokerstars client. After entering my login information I receive the following message:

"You already have an active poker session with another app. Would you like to transfer your session here?"

After clicking transfer, I receive an internal error (674/1064) message. I have tried using multiple computers and uninstalling/reinstalling the software, and receive the same error message. I have had this problem for several days now and support has not responded to the several emails that I have sent. Can you help me out please? My username is senorstinks. Thanks.

My most recent black chest had $35 worth of rewards (coins + ticket + no points toward next chest, which was bizarre)--I am almost positive that previously, the lowest a Black could contain was $42. Can't find the info online right now to confirm, but I have a feeling rewards were reduced even further sometime recently.

Hi Dylan. I was advised by somebody who replied to my post that you’re the person to get in contact with..

Basically I hadn’t opened my account for a few months so had to do a security verification which it said would take a couple of minutes... 8 hours later got an email saying I had to submit documents, which I have done as a pdf . (My account is 4 years old and never had an issue).

Now it’s been 6 days and I’ve had no reply to email despite sending 5 emails asking why aswell as resetting fresh ticket requests on the pokerstars website!!

Please can you help my username is Hsil18.

The lowest black chest has been $35 for awhile now, I think.

The Christmas promotion is pretty hilarious(ly bad): you have to acquire a new chest to get the Christmas chest that day. Even for someone who plays quite a bit and gets 8+ chests a month minimum (26500 pts to get each) I will probably only get 6-7 between now and the 25th, which gives me approx. 0% chance of receiving all three of the keys (if they are issued truly randomly).
