Is it possible that 1 or 2 players have slipped through the cracks and found their way into these games at some point while being out of state? Sure, but I'm confident that's the worst case scenario and it's pretty rare.

Now I can't speak for games below 500NL/PLO since I don't play them. But I doubt there's this pervasive problem of out-of-state players getting on. Just basing that on the fact that I believe it's not happening at higher stakes where there is a greater financial incentive to do it.
Yea also to assume that a significant number of people would go through the trouble to play on Stars from out of NJ in order to play 10NL and $10 mtts is pretty laughable

Man this is going to sound stupid.

So I'm planning an Atlantic City trip in a few days and I was going to dedicate a day to playing poker online at Pokerstars.

I was able to log into my own account, but don't I have to verify myself or something because of New Jersye rules? I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

I also thought we could create a brand new NJ account if we wanted.

read the first page. believe there is something about if you open an nj account your row account will be closed. nj stars is segregated from row.

I definitely didn't see a prompt once I logged in from my old account.

I'm more concerned about the electronic verification process though. How do I begin that? I might just be missing it but I can't seem to find it on the software.

Your ROW account would only be closed if you create your NJ account using the "Quick Account Creation" feature, which would give you the same name you had on ROW Stars and transfer over any VIP Status/points. Alternatively you could just create a brand new account on NJ Stars and keep your ROW account separate.

+1, seems like they are doing quite a good job at 3/6+

Dylan, I know this doesn't fall under your responsibilities, but could you pass along that it would be great if you could play the games in the casino challenges on your phone.

I have taken multuple trips to ac to play.

I have deposited and withdrawn both to echecks and at the resorts cage. I have never been asked to send in any verifying documents. They have the right to ask for them but they likely wont unless they have reason to believe you are not who you say you are. There is no "verification process" you speak of. Just go, deposit, play, and when your leaving withdrawal. You wont have any problems

I think you are logging into the ROW client.

Go here www.pokerstarsnj.com and download the NJ client, then create a new account.

How long does it take to have a cashout at the resorts cage to be approved after requested?

I'm gonna be in AC over the weekend and wondering if I should request it now or I can wait a few days to withdrawal.

Ya I got one.

Thanks, I didn't get the email.

Hard to see how discouraging multitablers is going to be good for stars in NJ given the small player pool. Multiple tables at nl50+ pretty much only run on stars and the other sites if there are at least two players playing at basically all the tables running in a given stake.

Not sure deposits lasting longer because no games are running is what stars has in mind, but who knows I guess.

i didnt get that email, but i dont have an row account anymore only nj stars.
dont be so quick to assume stars is changing its nj policies next year based upon row changes but my guess is as good as anybody elses.

To be clear, the email was sent to my nj account, not my ROW .com account

well then disregard my other post.

guess im not a valued customer of stars then.

Well it will be pretty amazing for stars to lower their VIP reward system in NJ after less than a year of operating in NJ. They already increased the rake over what they initially posted when they launched. I don't think any other site has increased rake or lowered the VIP rewards system and most have been operating in NJ almost 4 years.

Are we gonna get a NJCOOP schedule soon? It's like a month away
09-14-2016 , 12:11 PM
Party: "you release schedule first stars"
Stars: "no YOU release schedule first party"
