Wish I would have understood this before giving Pokerstars my $300.
I have a better chance of getting my money back after being robbed at gunpoint in the middle of the street at 3 am then I do have getting Pokerstars to respond to my 20 emails in an effort to get them to either give me my money back or unlock my account. They have ZERO oversight and thus they thumb their noses at all of us.
It's only $300. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I had thousands on account there like so many others. It's truly not the money. It's the fact that such a huge fiduciary concern operates with complete and unabashed immunity with their we DGAGF when it comes to the fish that swim in their waters.
If anyone knows of any legal way I can force them to at least respond, I would appreciate it. I know I could pay an attorney a couple of hundred to send them a demand letter but I fear they will ignore that notice as well, seeings as they don't have to answer to anyone at anytime regarding locked funds in their players accounts. So frustrating!
BTW, this is the message I received from Pokerstars Twitter account, still nothing but crickets from them.
