Hi everyone,

Am just wondering if anyone is able to please help me with the following:

I'm new to Pokerstars and am trying to download the Stars client directly from the Pokerstars.com website for the first time however, for some reason am unable to.

Whenever I do this, i get a message that says 'Contacting site' (which stays like this for some time), before eventually changing to say 'site found - waiting for reply' (again stays like this for some time) and then eventually I get the message shown in the screenshot.



I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this (including following the instructions in the error prompt) yet, the problem remains.

If anyone is able to provide me with some guidance on this matter, it would be much appreciated.
