every day i can't play SNGs or spins between 20:00-22:00 cet because it is awful for me. I have 2 internet connections and I'm losing no packets anywhere, just cant seem to join the table in 15 secs ever

This.

It's everyday for me as well. Somewhere between 19:30-23:30 CET, especially around 20:30-22:00 the lag is insane.
As everyone else here, it's not my internet connection. I can see hands happen in Spins, but it's sitting me out and spamming I'm back takes forever. Got a premium business fiber connection.

For those of you who had been reporting or experiencing lag during the Sunday MTT major tournaments, we have an update on the investigation from our head of programming, posted by one of our Poker Room staff here:

We know there continue to be some reports about SNG/SAG lag, and that is still being investigated. We hope with additional monitoring we can resolve that as well.

experiencing some lag outs, all servers fine except for isle of man goingt o 0% a couple times in the past hour

could be regional but the disconcerting thing is even though im currently 100% across teh board, i cannot open my registered in tournaments list either via controll r or under the hyperlink in the account tab of the client

so i cant make sure ive unregged everything im not already in

and that, as they say, is some bull****

say again, playing fine no lag now 100% to all servers, unable to access :registered in tournaments" list to unreg

Was lagging horribly while trying to 2-table Zoom this morning and now I can't even open PokerStars.

Wtf is going on? I work long hours and only have limited time to play and study poker. This is really frustrating.

Since the update today I can't seem to play poker. I play 4 tables Zoom and each time the table is closed due a connection server error. Also I lose connection often to pokerstars after the update.

More people with this problem?

Had terrible lag in the last 20-30 minutes on the mobile app - pressed a couple of buttons more than once trying to get a response, which resulted in subsequent hands being played in an unintended fashion.

Not sure if it's a network issue or an app issue ... but would it be possible to get reimbursed for my buy-in as a result of the lag?

Damn. I was only reg'd in one but it was the Nightly $162 35k and we only had 12 people left. I was 10/12 but still had 20 bb left. Hadn't had a deep run for awhile so this is extremely disappointing.

They tried to blame my isp, refunded though. Videotron too. But he said hes in manitoba so it couldn't just be us. I did try another connection though that wasnt videotron and wasnt able to get on with that either.. so hm
