already reinstalled but still same problem

What is happening with stars? Cannot open chest/challenges, can not open chat. Everywhere is error.
Writing email is useless as support do not give a s*** about it.

Too many "coincidences" happening...

The biggest joke is their support.
Takes 2-3 weeks minimum to answer very simple stuff.
And their answers is so useless last couple of years, that one thinks they are actively trying to upset players.

Anyway, is there other poker forums online with some more action than here? (or discords)

From Ireland, PS is down atm. Didn't have much issues with lag today (2hour session), but it dc-ed me like 5 minutes ago, 0 response from client.

Same here in London. Pokerstars are so crap!

software suddenly disconnected

NGL, this is really starting to get frustrating with how regular these server issues are recently.
Multi-billion company can't afford reliable servers/protection to run smoothly is kinda embarrassing.

I mentioned previously in other topic, but this site had 0 issues running between 100-150K players online on busier days with the older versions of the client. We rarely go above 50K these days, and the client sh*ts itself randomly at least once in a few hours session. Not to mention the other, non server/connection related bugs.

Stars should get its sh*t together, because at this rate GG will simply take over as the clear market leader. Declining traffic is one thing (one could argue it's also partly because of the current recession/issues in the world), but Stars doesn't even have the one thing that kept them in monopoly for so long anymore, a smooth/reliable client.

The best part is, company that big, doesn't have a single person to just post an update on any social platform. ANY Message, just 1 tiny message informing what is happening, when they think they will fix it. No, they just let all their customers wait and wait and wait cluelessly. Are the tournaments paused and we should wait to continue? Are we gonna get the refund so we dont need to wait? Nothing. 0 Communication, 0 respect for their customers

Their support twitter did acknowledge the connection issues, but not much else. I would assume that tournament's will be dealt like last time, because of the seriousness of the outage, hopefully they paused them swiftly enough (thank god I only play cash these days).

Clearly another DDOS attack, they need to figure out how to prevent it before WCOOP main rolls back around.

Ppl warned about this already when amaya gaming took over in ending of 2015, they had reputation of taking over sites and run them to the grave. Its been bad decisions on repeat since then.

I'm suprised they survive this long even.

The lack of updates from PS is shocking.

Flutter Entertainment (Paddy Power and Betfair merger) bought Stars from Amaya in 2020.

Just saying how it started, after they ruin it, they sell it.
