Gj, it was $2.2 bountybuilder with 100-120 players remaining when lag started and ate my stack to less than 2 big blinds and the reply from the stars I got was:
"Since you cashed in both, you normally do not qualify for a refund. As a good will gesture from PokerStars though, we have decided to issue a credit of T$2 (more than the tournament fees) for the inconvenience caused."

As pokerstars failed to pause the games when clearly a lot of players were disconnected, I believe it is fair that I get paid from the moment the lag started using your own roll forward policy:
Roll Forward (Players are in the Money)
When a tournament is cancelled, and players have already reached the money, we refund each remaining player his tournament fee (and knockout bounty if appropriate), and then divide up the prize pool based on the following formula:
Each player receives the minimum prize not yet awarded at the time of cancellation
The remainder of the award pool distributed is distributed proportionally according to the chip count
