So Pokerstars are going back to offering different rakeback to different players now?

I thought all players were supposed to be getting treated the same? I guess they managed to make that last a year and a half at least.

Hopefully the normal leaderboards are back on the 16th or 17th. I'll be dropping my volume significantly until they do as that leaderboard rakeback is very much needed because the games are so tough to beat for a good clip pre-rakeback.

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows what the criteria is for a 40% weekly challenge chest to move down to 10%?

I was previously getting 10% monthly/weekly challenges. I went a few months without playing, the weekly challenges I was getting went up to 40%. I just recently cleared my first weekly challenge for the first time in a few months. The following chest for the next week (right now) is 40% once again. But I'm wondering if anyone knows what the criteria is for it to go down to 10%? Maybe clearing it X number of times in a row? Or maybe clearing it twice in one week? It seems like it went from 10% to 40% to entice me to get back to playing. Just curious.

I am at silver chest level, I have unlocked 8 silver chests so far. I noticed that the Reward points required to unlock a chest went up. It was 9000 points until the 6th chest, then it went up to 10500 for the 7th chest and 15000 for the 8th chest. Now it is requiring 30000 (!) points to unlock the 9th chest.
However, the reward is still the same (25 euros).

Is this correct? Is this how it works?

It seems absurd. With a 25 euros reward I used to have a 28% rakeback (90 euros paid in rake), but now if the reward remains the same, with 30000 points I'd get less than 10% rakeback, and even less with the last chest if the trend continues.

On pokerstars eu/com the points for each chest are fixed and you can see them on the website clearly. Before this change the point did vary like it does for you.

I am guessing you play on es/fr/pt, italy or somewhere so can't help you.

Pokerstars can not give the same rakeback, free offers, cashback or free tickets to all because every country has rules.

In Germany you can not play the deal, can not enter freerolls and also no chests anymore, also no rakeback.

There are e few country's that have all.

Without the chests, freerolls and no cashback it is not fun to play on pokerstars.

I hope when pokerstars return to the Netherlands we have all.

Hey guys has anyone had there weekly chest point levels adjusted lately? How easy/difficult was that?

Recently Vera on the Discord has been super awesome and easy with doing adjustments. However, she has also let me know she will not be doing the adjustments going forward and to contact support. So I am just wondering how that has been for anyone else.

I was stuck at 2$ challenge for a couple of weeks despite playing 50nl. I messaged Stars Support on twitter, they redirected it to proper department and after a couple of emails explaining my situation they changed my weekly challenge for a 240$ one, all of this happened just a week ago.

I messaged Twitter support over a week ago about getting my bonus adjusted and didn't hear back. I just did a follow up today. I also messaged Vera on Discord, but I haven't heard back from her either. I'm not sure if there is anyone else on Discord who is able to assist with bonus adjustments.

Discord has said they don't do those bonus adjustments anymore.

I've been awaiting a chest adjustment for a few weeks/months now. It seems like the chest levels that they give you are locked in for a certain amount of time. For example, I saw somewhere that the promotion for my weekly bonus expires December 2nd.

I'm guessing that I will be getting the same bonus ($56 for 750 points) every week until that time. And that maybe it will change or be adjusted after that. Can anyone confirm that this is the case for them? Maybe they award you a certain bonus level and then it is locked in for a few weeks or perhaps a month.

I haven't been able to clear my new bonus for about 2 months now. I have been playing at both GG Poker and Pokerstars lately. I'm just trying to figure out which site is better for me, and then I will try to stick with that one.

Yeah. For me it has changed every time the new period begins. Even for a smaller ones when I stopped playing compeletely. Fwiw they are launching a new rb system january 2024.

How do I actually get these bastard things to open? Across multiple laptops, whenever I feel like playing for a bit I just get this until I give up now. I've not been bothered a couple of times but I'm pretty sure they're expiring because I'm going a couple of months without raking anything or opening them and it's starting to get annoying to lose my $4.18 in rakeback.

Try on the web or the phone. Also there is 3 different places in the desktop app where you can press to open them. I just click each a few times until it works eventually.

Thanks, web worked. Feels piss-poor, still - even from a design perspective, isn't the purpose of crates supposed to be to get me excited by giving me the feeling I can get different rewards? I opened 15 crates and got the same reward per tier from every single one.

Old man shouts at sky perhaps, but this doesn't seem any more rec-friendly than the good ol' supernova days.
