Does pokerstars have live chat on their client? Went to the client and click help but there is no an option to speak to a representative in live chat?

Could you please tell us what, if your opinion, was the final point in your communication with pokerstars, after which you got your account back. It's been 8+ months for me, and I still get the same reply from different departments asking to wait (sometimes there is no reply whatsoever)
