Hello there,
I have tried for a while to get back into my PokerStars account. I haven't played online poker seriously since like 2010. I have, through the years, logged into my account and played random tourneys no problem.
In 2020, however, I tried to log in and I got this message:
So I sent an email to support@pokerstars.com, and I haven't received anything back. Today I tried to log in again, and I got the same message. I kind of forgot about the whole thing. I went to look into the email address I used for poker, and I got this email sent to me by Support <support@starsaccount.eu> about a year ago:
This went to my spam box. I tried visiting starsaccount.eu website, and I got the dreaded "NOT SECURE" SSL Padlock warning.
Is this legit? Can starsaccount.eu be trusted with my information?
I want to get back into my account as I have at least 10 Step 5s in there, if that is still a thing. Also, is it possible to change username?

Please scan or take a digital photo of the document(s) again, and ensure that the images are legible, clear, uncropped, with a good resolution and that we can see the full information on the document.
Once we receive these documents, and we verify your account details, your account will be fully reinstated.
