I have been ban on pokerstars since I was 16 year old but only discover it on my 18th birthday when I made a account and got told. (I am 27 year old )

Overall I lie to them like a stupid teenager and played under age and they lost approximately 200$ with me lol . I was young and stupid and totally able to admit my wrong now but man its been almost 11 year
every year before SCOOP I wrote a email asking for forgiveness and that I would be ready to accept anything they make me want to do including paying back whatever they lost , special deposit method etc anything they want. This year I even send a screenshot of my rake back from GGpoker to show them how much i rake( Ggpoker make 300-600$ a week with me , total rake is twice that but with 50% rb i received half back) I would make them 3 time what they lost with me in less than a week.. its absurd but the support is to much rules by rules and they don't treat case per case otherwise they would see that I am not the same person I was 11 year ago and that I am a worth 20-40k a year for them.

Almost every year it was the same answer. No we cannot remove a ban. I knew it was not completely true because I know many story of people who did way worst but still got back in because they are more famous. One guy I know was admit back on pokerstars this year legally by them on a fresh new account.

So i am guessing I either have to become more famous or I have to talk to the right person. I was planning to fly Europe for a pokerstars event and hopefully talk to someone there but with pandemic I never had the chance.

anyone here from Pokerstars could take a look at my case and have a chat with me please? Or if someone know someone who could help I would be forever grateful
