I would like to inform the poker community about my incident with PokerStars. I have been a PokerStars player since 2010. My username is eXpl0si0n. I primarily played NL Hold'em cash games. I had not encountered any issues with PokerStars until this year. My account was blocked in May 2023. I can access my account but cannot play poker or withdraw funds. As I understand, the reason for the blockage is a routine security review or document verification.
At the moment, my situation is as follows: I have submitted all requested documents and answered all questions asked of me. PokerStars has not requested any further information from me and has been unresponsive for about a month. I don't know what to do next, and I currently have no confidence in online poker, which has left me completely demotivated.

My account restrictions have been lifted, now I can play poker. Good luck to everyone who read this.

Could you please tell what the last request from the support team was about? And how much time passed since you sent your last email until they lifted the restriction?

I am facing a similar situation, got temporarily restricted in mid March, sent many different documentation and after 8 months, last week I got an email saying "My account needs additional verification". I sent the digital copies of my debit cards and selfies with ID card. 5 days have passed since then and I am waiting for the end of investigation.
