Login issue/ stuck on "general terms" screen [Resolved]

Sup bros,
Having login issues with pokerstars. Everytime I go to login I cant get past the "general terms" screen. I accept and it brings me back to the same screen.
Poker stars support has not been helpful. They just keep sending me new passwords and the same thing happens.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Login on website and accept then go back to the poker client and you should not need to accept

Thanks for the reply Ashley.
I just tried it and it didn't work.
Went to website and accepted terms. When I when on PS and logged in it asked if I wanted to transfer session. Then brought me to general terms again.

usually their messenger support is pretty good...they have solved similar tech issues for me in the past

I am currently facing the same issue, did you find a solution for it?
[Solved:] Go to pokerstars website, change the language to another one rather than english (i tried spanish as its my native language). Then i was able to accept general terms.
Tried login in on software after that and no problems.
