I tried to get in touch with pokerstars to get a lifetime hand history on a few weeks ago but I got no reply.

How can I get a reply? I tried over the poker client-> help -> contact us

From this a got a auto reply to my email address that I should contact the via live chat which I can't find.

Did anybody ever request a lifetime hand history from stars? How did it work out for you?

any hand history request now takes weeks - if not months - and multiple emails to sort out.

live chat will simply send an email to another department, though they will chase it up.

to get onto live chat you have to lie about the reason you want to talk to them - i think the ruse of reporting chat abuse is a good way of getting hold of one.
