Are the HUD allowed on Spins? My PT4 run on cash but not in spins, i dont't know...

yes well site dependent, pokerstars you can, but you need to configure it or buy a specific ones online and configure them they will tell you how

But do not have sense. I already paid for pokertracker4, what else should I pay?

In PT4 go to HUD -> Edit HUD Options -> Profile select

On the upper part of the window select "T"

Is a tournament profile added?

If it's not then choose a hud profile you want and leave everything else on "any", then just add it.
