I wasnt aware of the bauble promo. Usually I get $250 everytime I open a black chest. Ive just opened 2 and got 150T$ in each. Thats a pretty huge drop off. Is this temp or have they rugged the rb already?

I should clarify Ive since found out that I got $T150 + 10k coins which is $100 in cash per chest so same value just longer way around it and theyre forcing you to put if back into the system which is a little naughty imo but no biggie for someone who plays a lot

This month I get 2x 160$ challenge for 2k points (cleared 2nd yesterday)

Now I am at last gold chest
What is better go to diamonds or stay at gold

I can easy open 1 gold chest in 2 days

What challenge I can get at gold and what at diamond

I can clear challenge up to 6-8k per month

My challenge expired 8 hours ago and I haven't received another. Is it normal for it to take this long? I asked support and they just said I have no promos available so hoping they haven't removed it for me already.

If you haven't received it yet you are not getting it this month. They will review every player monthly. From the discord. Fwiw I have received mine and it's the strd 40% 5 times.

i got that challenge in the last months,cleared only one when it was just a test.Now i have to complete 12500 points in order to receive 250$,but barely get a half of that,due to the fact that i play MTT/STT
Even the chests are something ridiculous,because when i was diamond i received 2500 coins plus a 50$ sit and go ticket(which i dont play at all).I registered that tournament and i waited 3 hours to have 9 players to start.If they say "you get up to 65% rakeback" give me either cash or T-money,to let me decide what i want to do with my money,not to force me to play where the site doesnt have enough players.
I switch back to gold,because here it's easier to clear and dont get ridiculous tickets for worthless tournaments

I noticed the EPC has been changed to say you get 5 redemption points for every 1 euro in rake instead of dollar in rake. I live in Canada and have only ever played in CAD (1 homegame) or USD.

I am inclined to think this is an error, because at the top it says "earn 1000 redemption points to get 40% back in the form of a $80 cash reward".

Yet if you have to do 1 euro is 5 redemption points, then with the exchange rate, I actually need to rake $227 USD, which is 35% rakeback instead of 40%.

Support told me that it was an error and that mine was is still in USD despite the lower part saying euros.

I guess thats because Im a winning player with high volume.
So is there some way to start receiving this challenges? Any idea of how much time I should stop playing at stars to get it?

What country are you playing from? Everyone will have at least a 10% challenge unless country regulations don't allow it.

I was just in contact with the PokerStars-Support because my new Challenge says that i have to reach 50.000 Points to get like 10% Rakeback. The last month I always got 40% from the Rakeback-Challenge.

This is what they responded:

With our loyalty program, all players can earn between 15 and 25% in rewards from playing poker. The Monthly Poker Challenges are an extra way of earning rewards. If you're on the Silver level (or above) and reach the monthly point target, you can earn up to 40% in rewards. However, these challenges do not make part of the loyalty program's main scheme.

During a trial run, we noticed that only a small percentage of players were achieving the Challenges at Levels 1 and 2. For this reason, we decided to make these challenges available to players from Level 3 and up only.

Both the new loyalty program and Monthly Poker Challenges give higher rewards. But for a small part of our players, the extra rewards received from the Monthly Poker Challenges are lower.

Our long-term winning players, for example, now get 10% Rakeback. This is instead of the extra 40% in rewards received before via challenges alone. As a result, many players will see an increase in their rewards, and all players can get to enjoy a more attractive loyalty program.

We wanted to maximize each player’s experience. And by improving the Monthly Poker Challenges structure, we are hoping to achieve this. We believe that all players are better positioned to take advantage of the new program in a much fairer and transparent way.
