My account has been blocked for 10 days, to explain why my account is registered in Kazakhstan, and I am now playing from Thailand. I explained that I was on a long vacation and was playing from here, sent all the supporting documents, but no one answered me.
When logging into your account, it says that such verification usually takes a few minutes, you just need to send the documents.
The documents were sent by email, as well as through a special form in the PokerStars client.
And also in the letter it is written that I did not violate anything, I am not accused of anything and there is no need to worry.

I haven’t played for more than a year due to a difficult work schedule, I took a long vacation and went to a warm country for 3 months, including to play poker, but I was blocked. This makes me very upset.
