For those who don’t know me a little background story. I started playing sngs in full tilt, during black Friday I switched to Pokerstars, where I played regularly with decent volume until late 2021 where I decided to move the majority of my action to GGpoker because the site became worse and worse especially in the promotion and support department. Still had some volume in ps but I assume less than 500 mtts

During my sngs days I got coached by Abarone and another hyper reg named Jesse who was beating mid/high stakes hypers. When I switched to mtts I got coached by Matthias Eibinger(pokercode). Since mid 2023 I am taking a break from mtts and I tried to learn hu plo working with Cory Mikesell (runitonce coach). I always put a ton of work alone and I try to find coaching because I always want to improve

I decided to return to pokerstars when I was learning hu plo because it was the only platform who has regular action at hu at plo50-plo100. After 5 months of trying to learn plo and running 7500$ bellow ev while having positive ev, I decided to stop the effort since plo, propably, isn’t for me. I took a break 1-2 weeks from poker and a childhood friend who is playing low stakes spins visited Thailand where I live. He suggested to try spins and I can join the ev pool steel-phoenix in order to have no variance regarding the ev. I am not a fan of spins but I grinded 500 spins doing a bit whatever postflop since rarely studied the postflop part of the game

I need to mention I always study preflop and I create charts with thresholds no matter what game I am playing. I had 50+ charts printed on my wall for 6m hypers, 30+ for mtts and around 10 in spins. It is a mixture of solver outputs and a simplification method I use

I also need to mention since the preflop game in spins is so mixed especially bvb and hu, I expirement with a lot of things like sizings, frequencies etc until I get a feeling/data how people respond. I expiremented with 3x, 2.5x, 2x at different stack depths. Anyway, I was grinding spins, one table, doing a little bit whatever especially postflop since I couldn’t take the limit seriously (25$), when you are used to load every 1000$ mtts/sngs, it is quite difficult to take play money seriously, but I didn’t really care. Mainly I wanted to see if I like the game, the dynamics, the ‘’reg’’ wars (if you can classify these people regs and not professional recs). Needless to say since I was all over the place postflop, I was losing in cev and my stats was a bit ridiculous like

Turn fold to double barrel 36%
Cbet in limped pot 58% etc
Fold to probe 68% LOL

At around 450-480 spins while cev was negative and playing far from gto, I receive an email from pokerstars security why I am playing these games, with who I talk strategy and similar questions. I answer and they ask to do a live video which of course I decline because a) I am losing in cev b) My stats are way off from optimal. A friend of mine gave me his gtowiz sub and I ran my hands through analysis in order to identify if I was playing gto and the distance of my mistakes. My account at that point, was frozen and my gameplay/data couldn’t be corrupted. I think doing a video while being a winner or playing close to optimal is mandatory in my case was a severe violation of privacy due to no basis of such claim. After talking with a friend, I sent them an email that I will do the live video. When I did the live video I try to play good of course, like if I was playing seriously. After 8 days I receive the following email

At that point I thought it is a bit of a comedy show and I asked what tos I broke and why my account is flagged which of course they replied with an automated email

The problem that their security department faces now with gtowizard, is that we can actually prove whether we rta or not and our distance from optimal play, so yes they can ban accounts because they suspect of cheating but now we can prove if there is a basis to their claims or they are just banning by feeling and not data, or even maybe their data are suboptimal especially even small samples (500 spins)

First of all I have some logical arguments if I am accused for rta
1) Why you let me withdraw my money and not sharing to the players cheated?
2) If I am using rta why I am losing in cev? That’s easy, sample
3) If I am using rta why my sizes are inconsistent? Low straight boards are played with b50+ while sometimes I used b30 sometimes the correct size, why sometimes I bet 1bb or 2bb when the board texture is exactly the same, why sometimes I bet a hand I shouldn’t etc. Is it because I just play whatever or because I am using some ‘’advanced’’ rta giving wrong sizes?
4) If I have rta why I play only 25$ and why only 1 table? 1 table will give me roughly 10 tables / hr, at 120hr grinding per month, I get 1200 spins with 5% roi, I get the outstanding amount of 1500$. Do you think I will risk the account I have for 12-14 years for 1500$? (news genius, this amount doesn’t even cover half my monthly expenses) Why just don’t open a new account in winamax or ipoker where I don’t have accounts and do this? Why I would risk this in some platform with above average security? I cant even get proper bonuses with this volume
5) I am accused for account sharing? All the reasons above hold true. In addition, I play with the same laptop, same internet connection for 2+ years, never used vpn and possibly never had gtowizard open. I say possibly because mistakes happen, but I am 99% sure I never forgot wiz open

Now here is where the problem lies for their security. In the previous years if someone was accused for rtaing he had to shut his mouth because he couldn’t prove it otherwise. But now we can. So I broke down my game in 4 different categories. 3handed when the hand can start from preflop, HU when the hands start from preflop, 3handed postflop (you can do this by using filters in pt4: hero vpip, saw flop, didn’t call all in preflop, didn’t went all in preflop, 2 players saw flop). I will also upload the full hand histories in the end of the post. Feel free to send them in gtowiz and let them check if ever a hand was searched in real time. So what I was expecting was, hands that start preflop semi high accuracy of 75%-90% but with ev loss quite high since there should be some blunders inside, hands that start postflop low accuracy 70%- and also some noticeable ev loss

1) 3H starting from preflop (here I was expecting the highest accuracy because of the nature of mixing preflop especially bvb)(on the titles you can see my accuracy when doing the live video and before that, in which my account got frozen for ‘’investigation’’)

From my perspective, whatever ‘’system’’ their security has, failed. Data don’t lie. Also a pokerstars representative (if these exist anymore) can confirm or deny the hand histories aren’t nit picked but it is the actual sample I have played in 25$ spins


I also want to add that I have met with two male staff before

1) In Malta with a guy from their security department and he didn’t even know what ev in pt4 is and how is possible a software to calculate the expected value, it is not possible
2) In Czech Republic with a guy who I don’t know what department he was working with but he couldn’t understand that sharkscope calculates profit and not cashes. He kept saying ‘’yes sharkscope is showing this but you might be losing money’’. He was a pokerstars representative in their party. Also thought and kept saying over and over, he could destroy anyone from the online wizards if he was playing heads up against them in a live environment because they will have tells. At that point I just ended any further discussion


I am just happy their site is going worse and worse. They roll out new vip, after 1-2 weeks they change again their rules. Just wait until they remove it again. I guess more rake is not better. The only annoying thing is I cant play in their live events anymore which I think they are great, best dealers, best staff and really enjoyed 3-4 live events I played

Pokerstars security has to answer four questions from my perspective
1) Why the ev loss of my account is significantly lower during the live video?
2) How my accuracy is slightly better during the live video?
3) If I was going to cheat that might happened in the later days, correct? Why in my last session before investigation my numbers are so poor?
4) If they found my play to not be the same, before and after the investigation, it can be explained from other external factors while the data above is overwhelming in my favor?

I must be the first account who is playing far from gto postflop, losing in cev, getting investigated in 500 spin sample and getting banned. World class blunder
