I recently launched a Print on Demand store that sells "Luxury Men's Leggings" (Meggings!)
My first problem is I think I'm making a mistake calling them Men's Leggings.
My target customer is the LGBTQIA+ crowd and drag queens. I wouldn't want to alienate any of my customers. As we have all now been properly educated on, these days there are plenty of women with penises.
I need another term for "Leggings for People with Junk". I'm keeping Meggings (for the good ol' fashioned gay dudes) but I need a second term for the more enlightened generation.
By the way, check out the big player in this space,
meggings.com. They have the worst pitch I've ever seen. "Nobody wants you to wear our leggings, but you should do it anyway."
I'm targeting the loud and proud crowd. By the way, if you're thinking of stealing this idea, don't. LGBTQIA+ twitter is a scary, scary place. And if I sell 5 of these a month worldwide, I'll call it a success. It's not worth the money, because this stuff can't be un-seen.
My second problem is I might sell some in America, but I believe many of my customers will be in Spain, France, or the UK. I am absolutely clueless about marketing to this area. Any help at all is appreciated!
