I think the writing is on the wall... the SEC is going to loose this lawsuit.

the filling is certainly loosing steam and the court is denying the SEC's request for several documents from Ripple/XRP.

They are probably going to settle.

I used to own a BUNCH of XRP... sold it off a year ago and while it is doing well, I have no desire to get back into their protocol and centralized idea.

Ripple is incredibly overpriced but there is no telling how high the hype will push. It may help them maintain longevity in the coming 10 years.
