I have looked into this recently. If you plan to track investments in a full blown manner, as in imputing exactly when you bought everything and in what increments, Altpocket seems like a good bet. However if you're like me and just wanted something quick and painless to check your current balances, altpocket falls short IMO because you can't adjust the order of your balances without deleting and re-adding each one individually. Also it's pretty unnecessary to have them listed in big square blocks that make you scroll down several pages to view everything you own. I really don't know what they were thinking.

Many others don't even allow balance only portfolios and insist you tell them everything about your investments. Pretty annoying. Finally I found www.coin.fyi which looks hideous TBH (turn on dark mode on top right menu looks a bit better), but it has the functions I wanted. I can see all my coins in a simple list format and sort by value, gains/losses, etc...

CoinCap is pretty good, I keep hearing about delta as well but not tried it myself.

id wait a few days before checking it. today is not a good day to look at a portfolio tracker. im not even getting wrecked...the only 3 in the green in the top 30 are what I hold. vchain binance and eos. getting smoked elsewhere though.

sometimes I put in a small sell just because I know whatever I do is going to be a mistake. so if I sell a bit then it should rise so the rest of what I own benefits. and I think its a solid strategy.

Doing some googling, Buffett said the same thing about bitcoin in 2014. He was massively wrong with seemingly every other billionaire.

I just set up an excel spreadsheet for this. I used the instructions here to import the coinmarketcap.com price data for each coin I hold. It refreshes every minute which is cool.

I also like doing it in excel because I can have different sheets for each exchange/wallet so I know exactly where all my money is.

this isnt a new rant. its 5 days old when i realized it and started shovelling everything into bnb,,,,an exchange with thier own currency and control over the pairs has a huge advantage.

My problem with bnb and kcs us that I can't get myself to buy more of those after seeing them super cheap 2 months ago. The reality is both binance and kucoin are getting more and more business all the time and both coin should see the same growth.
During this week crash they both kept growing.

I like their currency way better than thether at least we know have a decent rational for their price.

I ve one concern about kucoin its the fact that they give away too much money through affiliate and the share and there is a chance that they bust from it. I wonder how many kcs they still hold if they are wanted cash to buy more servers.

you can check the icowhitelist telegram tracker to get an idea of what has hype around it. other than that i've just watched ico reviews on youtube...

right now im considering apex, nucleusvision (although i think the whitelist closed and i missed it), and polymath (free airdrop but im not sure theyre doing a public ico).
