do you have a link to where shingo talked badly about eth?
I did a lot of research before buying and have never seen the ethos team be anything other than professional.
also it's not hyped at all from what I can see. One of the main complaints in the telegram group is the lack of marketing for it.
They answered they are focused on delivering the product first which makes a lot of sense imo

At this point ethos is still a vaporware aswell. I bought some when it was low expecting it to to go up since they are supposed to release a wallet soon. Now either it go up in anticipation and I'll sell soon or I'll keep to see how it unfold.

Telegram is the worst medium of communication ever for project announcement
I have no clue why they favor telegram over twitter.

afaik most solid projects don't have an "official" telegram group and if they do its an extra medium for user interaction.
They either publish through their website/Medium/twitter/discord/Github etc..

I still am in some telegram groups for some projects but it has almost zero value because its filled with complaints about price, full of gifs and other spam for P&D groups etc.. such a toxic place

There are actual people that value membership totals as an investment indicator :'D

onthology to get my 1K free token soon but after that i ll leave

My binance account looks fine.

Edit: Well, let me rephrase that. I can see my coins and balances. But I suppose, hypothetically, it could be old information if there were a hack. Still can't trade.

I actually had an issue with my binance account a couple of nights back after a buy when it was showing the incorrect information of the old coin balance and not the coin traded balance. I went on the reddit forum and a few people were having the same problem. Support re-synced my account and the information displayed correctly. So a database problem actually makes sense from my recent experience.

I was a little bit tipsy when I made that comment yesterday. My lol beer logic said that BTC up, NEO down then surely when BTC goes down NEO will go up and will be a good hedge against BTC. Upon further review, if NEO goes down while BTC goes up, what in the world is going to make NEO go up as BTC falls? Seems like it should just go down more. I don't know but I'm curious to hear also now.

Haha, I got caught holding a bag of ICX playing this same game. Oh well, there are worst coins to be stuck with. Seems like ICX is going to get back to the breakeven point for us at the least. Way better than being stuck with Ripple at $2 or something. That could be a long wait if you don't want to cut your losses.

Volume is like $450k and the price on the 3 exchanges that have most of that is ~ $8.00 (C-CEX) / ~$80.00 (Yobit) / ~$190.00 (CoinExchange). Or it was 2 minutes ago.

Just built myself an index. Bought the top ten coins by market cap, weighted based on their market cap. Actually, not done weighting. I have the four on coinbase weighted properly against each other, plus the other six properly weighted against each other, but I'm overweight the coinbase-four. Anyway, I will fix that soon. I know I need to get them stored offline. Working on that.

My plan is to rebalance every two weeks or every month.

Thoughts?
