No one cares about negative press. All people care about are the memes, and the memes are piping hot

It's nearly certain they'll open up anyway, right? Musk needs the factory to be open or the **** hits the fan, and need > some cuck country sheriff.

"Tesla has been informed that they do not meet those criteria and must not reopen." - https://www.cnbc.com/2020/05/08/tesl...ounty-rep.html

Was still good for a 5% pump today though

Seeing some low level loser government bureaucrat decide which business lives and dies is actually so tilting.

Letting bottom dwellers of society play God in their sand castle with businesses. Never ends well.

Well said, brother. Our health policy should be decided by narcissistic billionaires.

Its been 60 days. Everyday that goes by the unemployment and poverty rate go up.

Health officials should be working for the businesses to help them open. Not actively working to keep them closed.

The pro shutdown clan are smiling ear to ear as unemployment is hitting 20% and businesses are going bankrupt. Mission Accomplished.

This is happening. Locations that had good precautions in place are opening faster and in a safer environment.

Name another 150 billion dollar company that would be completely undone because they can't use one single location for a couple of months

Don't bring society into this, because that isn't what you care about. You care about Tesla and their stock price

Would be cool if every company had to have a stat on how long they could survive with zero revenue from now on. Taking into account cash burn and measures they would put in place such as layoffs etc..

Anyone that disagrees with this is an idiot. Whatever you think about TSLA, it's very difficult to understand the reasoning of the local government behind it.

Where I live, manufacturing has been open throughout and case & death rates are way lower than in the US (or other countries for that matter).

And the factory is in the US.

Regardless, what precautions is Tesla willing to take?
Because they packed people into buses with no physical distancing measures before they were made to stop.

Tesla was willing to work at 30% capacity in that plant.

That useless health official putting up roadblocks because she's on the first power trip of her life.

I don't own 1 Tesla stock. Well maybe I do actually. Who knows what the index fund I threw money into buys.

But I've never seen people so full of glee to see corporations go bankrupt because health officials are forcing corps to 100% stop operating.

It's brain dead insanity at this point. 20-25% unemployment is recipe for societal collapse, but as long as Elon Musk goes down with it, Mission Accomplished.

Let these corps re-open at 20-30% capacity.

TSLA plant alone could sabotage the entire Bay Area lockdown effort if Elon was left in charge. 10,000 workers on crowded buses coming in from everywhere, sharing all the same facilities. The factory is a giant sloppy tent, there are piles of dead cars lying around, what is it like inside? I'd like them to be able to open, but they have to play by the same rules as everyone else. If they have a credible system to reduce spread at limited capacity then they can make that case.

TSLA 2x in the last month? 3.5x in the last year?

Admit you bought at the top pussies.

I’m waiting for $960 again to buy, I prefer momentum before buying and missed it the first time

Considering how much this forum shorted Tesla stock, there is plenty of glee for any bad news.

The urge to pick up some 8/21 puts is feeling really strong, I'm eyeing the 650-700 range, is it a good time? It seems like there will be another bump for opening if it bumps for not opening, so waiting for that at this point may be the entry.
