Here comes the random ramp squeeze after shorts pile in and calls are sold. This thing is so manipulated it's ridiculous.

imagine being asked to sign a 10-k right now, with extreme visibility on your company that has an astronomical share price, and you know full well the k has very misleading information in it

(assuming it does, which i think is a safe bet)

Misleading isn't really illegal. They openly admit to revising what EBITDA means every quarter lol. All the info is there. The issue is that no one cares.

Again as IV spikes here, this is a good opportunity to sell some options.

Gotta say I was mildly bummed out losing $80/share in under 8 minutes before close while missing my sell limit by pennies. It's all good though.

seems like roughly a 100% chance this is because SpaceX is broke.

I am guessing the S-1 will come with tons of purchase commitments to SpaceX to act as a conduit to public money. Also, likely indicates SpaceX books are really really bad.

Ive given up on the idea that regulation will do anything to reign anything in, but I will still be surprised if this actually happens.

Not surprising. The CEO of SpaceX was embarrassed by Starlink and thought it was absurd. Starlink has been laughed at by SpaceX management for years, it's Musk's baby and like "autonomous robotaxis in 2020" has allowed him to push a fantasy to drive up the price. Also a good way to spin out Musk I'd say.

"The CEO of SpaceX was embarrassed by Starlink"

I guess you don't know who the CEO of SpaceX is then. Not a big surprise.

Haha. The effective CEO, Gwynne Shotwell, the President and COO, who runs the place. Musk is the company mascot and fake CEO.

I'll see if I can dig up the video of her - a real CEO without the title- treating Musk like a child and constantly shutting down his Starlink lies. SpaceX is a real company with a real, non fraudulent board (unlike Tesla) and they don't take kindly to Musk's nonsense. He's like the idiot child of a billionaire owner that management has to put up with.

He is. Of course she runs day to day (operations). Elon is by far the biggest shareholder (majority if I'm correct?), if you think he is just there for show and doesn't make executive decisions then I don't know what to tell you.

Musk is just as much the CEO of SpaceX as he is a founder of Tesla

Ok boys, gonna let you circle jerk on this on your own. Nobody is going to change perspective on this so have fun. Oh don't forget to use words like "FAKE", "FRAUD" and the usual buzz words to make it seem you really know your ****.

He definitely makes executive decisions - pushing ahead with Starlink against the wishes of the competent management team, embezzling money from SpaceX to fund his self-owned Boring Company, buying SolarCiy bonds to prop up the failing company, preventing bankruptcy. These were clearly executive decisions, so I agree with you. I'm saying he has little do with running the company and the board seems to treat him as the fraud he is, relegating him to a mascot role as much as they can to a majority owner.
