Good time to revisit this:

- Admits his tweets have no oversight, violating agreement
- Admits he's not taking care to follow the agreement ("we might make mistakes <laugh>")
- Laughs like he's seriously mentally ill
- Says he doesn't respect the SEC
- Generally acts like a 10 year old with inheritance money and no parents
- Straight up lies about having a buyout
- Straight up lies about all kinds of timelines
- Has told serious fraudulent lies in the past to keep his companies afloat when they were nearly bankrupt
- Lied to buy out his and his cousin's failing solar business, and had Tesla stock owners pay a premium for a bankrupt business on those lies.

Odds this guy is a conman who loves the thrill of getting away with stuff and is committing many as yet unknown frauds with Tesla are >50%.

Aaaand the stock is flat. Elon has to respond by March 11. Looks like another fine and "final warning" - nothing to see here, move along.

Missing the bond payment on friday would matter.

The judge/SEC forcing elon out after the hearings in March would matter.

But yeah not much else. The business limps along at an outrageous valuation...for now.

It was trading in the 330s I believe when it was "single digit weeks from dying" according to the CEO.

It was languishing at $260 before their first "genuinely" profitable quarter which sent it soaring.

I'm not sure you can read a whole lot into stock price.

Lol don't make me dig up all the posts in this thread last year talking about how this bond payment would be a huge bearish catalyst because they wouldn't be able to pay it. The amount of goal post moving in this thread is comical.

Please do. I went back and read the discussion in Nov and Dec and for the most part it holds up. Didn't see anyone say TSLA wouldn't have the cash to pay it.

Interestingly the thread then went into discussion of the 60 minutes piece. Multiple posters cogently pointing out Musk's statements about the SEC as an issue while you described it as a "puff piece."

Yesterday the SEC quoted that section of the 60 minutes transcript in its brief requesting an Order to Show Cause.

Oh yeah and how's the stock doing? Nothing? Sure sounds like the market cares a lot about the SEC. Even some of the most ardent bears would agree with me that they are a complete joke and have little to no bearing UNLESS Musk is completely removed. It was and is still a puff piece, nothing came out of it that mattered in their investigation or decision lol.

How much time do you spend on TSLAq Twitter every day? Not healthy...

ASAP17,

You are the aids in this thread. You're not even a good contrarian with logical points, you just shout -> scream -> attack and of course whine.

Are you really now peacocking that some posters 71:1 longshot looks like it might not happen? Am I reading this correctly? Do you have the self-awareness to notice you yourself never take a position, but instead just attack people who do? (if it turns out it doesn't happen?) Where are your 2019 specific predictions/bets? Oh you don't have any..? Ok cool story no one wants to hear your opinion then, I promise you.

Ok so I've now posted maybe 3x in this thread -- in probably 1-year ish time -- and 2 of them are now just saying: Asap17 stop posting. In fact, I will pay $100 to a legitimate charity of your choice if you promise to leave this thread. Why you might ask is me not blocking you enough for me? You bring this thread to a standstill/discourage legit posters from posting with your vitrol and toxicity. I am willing to take this one for the team. So as it stands.

Two choices:

A) Take the blue pill and have $100 donated to a charity of your choice if you promise to never post again in this thread. Take satisfaction in the fact that you're a) indirectly supporting a charity of your picking b) taking $ from someone who thinks you're a complete idiot and transferring that money to some cause you care about -- all because your selfless actions in doing one simple action. Btw this would apply to any sockpuppet account(s); you'd be gone from this thread forever.

or

B) Take the red pill, ignore this message and continue to tard up this thread over and over because you clearly have some underlying issues at play here that you can't deal with like a well-adjusted adult. Take satisfaction in the fact that I would wager >95%+ of this thread thinks you're an unintelligible child who has anger issues yet because this is the internet you can continue to thrown tantrums and ruin whatever good things other people have going on.

Somehow my feeling is you'll still do B) because you're that predictable but hey don't let me influence you and you can make this choice yourself. You project by telling other people that they're way too emotionally invested, well if you're not even more-so please prove me wrong on my assumption that you're a type B) guy.

Either way just post here and let me know, and if it's B -- ok cool you "got me" and I'll just block you and hope the moderators grow a pair of balls here -- but I am hoping you take this olive branch offering here upon where you can gracefully exit stage left.

Please block me because I'm not going anywhere. I'm not even a Tesla bull (literally have never owned the stock or traded it on the buy side outside of a few trades that I was in quick flips), I find the whole TSLAq community to be as insane as the long side just more obsessed and with even less time on their hands. Anything else?

Re: Anything else?

I'd just say my last parting words is just stop the facade of pretending that you're somehow not an egomaniac completely emotionally invested in this stock -- easily more than anyone else here. Somehow you not acknowledging this simple point is even worse than any word vomit you've posted yet. Case in point you won't even drop out of an internet discussion thread, a thread which by the way any sane observer would quickly realize no one even wants you in. I'd bump it up to $250, but I know that wouldn't change a thing on your end probably cause you've never even given a dime to any cause in your life.

Alright okay cool what a shocker, color me surprised. You're blocked now.

Yeah I won't drop out for your money, at least this way we don't have to interact anymore so a huge bonus for the entire forum.

You're offering an angry BPD donations to a charity if he ceases doing the things that let him vent his spleen? That has 0.0% chance of working.

Thread consensus was that this was a nothing burger beat up. For example

Bondholders: Done.

$70 million or so spent, bonds paid off.
Thread has been pretty sane on most issues.

Normally you're at least mildly relevant as the angry forum BPD. But I don't understand your comment here. To me myrna is implying that insiders would know and dump if Tesla couldn't pay on March 1. I'm saying that insiders appear not to know much and that you can't tell a lot from the stock price. I gave two examples of same. I'm not sure what that has to do with "shifting the goalposts".

Myrna's point is the stock is holding up even with some of the bearish news stories lately because the payment won't be an issue. Your point was who knows what's going to happen due to sudden changes/announcements in the past such as Musk suggesting they were almost bankrupt (which is hilarious to me you take at face value but call him a liar at anything that helps your narrative) and the company posting a profitable quarter. I think the stock is telling you myrna is right, the payment will be made without issue and will continue to be range bound in the future. Sentiment hasn't moved much from the die hard supporters on both sides, this thread is a good example of that and especially the emotion behind it.
