This guy bought a Model S in 2013. He's had to learn how to tear down and reassemble his car because no one else will do it unless he's willing to wait for an appointment at a Tesla service center. What caught my attention is the issues he's had to fix on a 5 year old car:

"Among his issues were leaking tail lights, failing door handles, a passenger window behind the driver that fell out of place and faulty wiring in his driver's side door."

How the hell are they making such shoddy cars??

There's nothing wrong with it provided it's sold clearly as level 2 minor drive assist (which what Tesla has and nothing more) and not the fraudulently sold "Autopilot" with "Fully Self Driving" package hardware coming in "6 months definitely" in January 2017 or "safer than a human driver" as Musk falsely claims and hypes.

Musk wants reporters to investigate if Vern was actually a pedo before calling out his unsubstantiated accusation. Apparently his genius PedoRadar (for people he hasn't even met) is so genius that reporters should follow up when he makes the claim.

Similarly, his genius car manufacturing robotics insight where he wanted to outdo all the majors such that the robots were "air friction limited", the (now resigned) engineers below him had to take it seriously and build out his kid-fantasy "alien dreadnought" despite its pointlessness.
