I mean you folks are relying on a gossip site that "broke" the "news" that Anthony Bourdain was actually murdered and ****ing zero hedge. I'm not sure which is less reputable.

You guys making up insane conspiracy theories, relying on posts from zerohedge and a gossip website that thinks Anthony Bourdain was murdered. Kind of speaks for itself.

And of course the those zero hedge posts don't include actual links, but the source articles they allude to don't at all support the ALL CAPS conclusions in the tweet. Shocking.

Bro, you're so off the reservation you don't even know what's what.

Here's the Bloomberg source that shows Musk's Silver Lake claim is false:

Here's the Bloomberg source for Goldman Sachs denial.

Goldman Sachs Had No Mandate When Musk Tweeted

The ALL CAPS from ZeroHedge is because it comes from a Bloomberg feed. That's how it comes through on the feed, genius, then it's pasted into a tweet as breaking news and everyone knows it's from Bloomberg. And no one even mentioned ZeroHedge, that's just your horrible sourcing skills because you don't trade or even know how news feeds work. And you're here for - what, exactly?

Only way this can get any more weird is if Musk and Henry Nicholas figure out how to work together in some capacity.

What nonsense. That bloomberg article doesn't contradict anything that Musk said, at all. Musk said he's working with GS, the article confirms that. Of course they slapped a clickbait headline on it. I'm sure that screenshot with Silver Lake is equally misleading.

I enabled my brokerage account for options purely to buy TSLA puts on the day Elon tweeted "Funding Secured".

This has been the most entertaining stock follow of my life.

Welcome

I have no idea how this stock is still levitated

The Norway sales are in the pooper for q3, production quality is a disaster, there are cars piling up in dirt lots, they are running out of cash and all of this is BEFORE we consider the CEO and chairman just committed blatant securities fraud while handing the saudis the ability to completely demolish him at any point.

It just seems so obvious its scary.

Another 13F out today for T.Rowe Price. Largest holders substantially trimming their shares, by 25% and 21%. Meanwhile Softbank has called Tesla overvalued, and the Saudis are heavily involved with Softbank and in fact said they'd follow their lead.

On the debt side, no one will even lend Musk enough to keep his factory going - the last lenders demanded mortgages over real property and he signed the last of that away (Freemont factory) a couple of months ago, as well as minimum cash account balances to not be in default. Which is why they drastically cut capex against their short and long term business interests.

Where are the 10s of billions coming from?

By Trevor Hunnicutt
NEW YORK, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Two major Tesla Inc <TSLA.O>
shareholders cut their stakes in the electric automaker during
the second quarter, before Chief Executive Elon Musk announced
he would try to take the company private this month.
T. Rowe Price Group Inc <TROW.O> funds, once the No. 2 Tesla
shareholder after Musk, cut their holdings by nearly a quarter
to 11.9 million shares in the three months ended June 30,
according to a filing on Tuesday with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission.
The disclosure comes days after Fidelity Investments,
another top-10 shareholder, said in an earlier filing it cut its
Tesla stake by 21 percent during the quarter.
Musk faces investor lawsuits claiming fraud and a reported
SEC probe after sending a tweet on August 7 that there was
"funding secured" to take Tesla private. No investors have
confirmed their involvement.
Sounds like people wanting to up their stake, no? Hold into an illiquid go-private event?

For a very reasonable 20%+ premium

Did anyone have a bear thesis centering around Elon Musk's massive narcissism? The company collapsing under the weight of his ego due to insecurity from being dropped by Amber Heard and the subsequent introduction to drug habits and rage-Tweeting by the rebound, Grimes?

Azealia Banks might be the Mike Tyson of IG. She is ****ing brutal. I think the funniest thing about all the celebs who've caught her IG hands is that, as outlandish as it all is, some of those posts actually made me think, hmmm, she's a psycho ass ***** but she kinda has a point.

Even with Elon Musk. There's no way all that's 100% false, right? Some of that **** has to be dead on true.

I don't know much about her but based on her twitter personality it seems unlikely she'd be knowledgeable enough on TSLA to make this **** up if it wasn't true.

To expand on this, the theory would be that because they borrow against inventory in the ABL, they would be double dipping taking cash from customers and borrowing against the inventory.

Again seems out there so not confirming it or anything. Personally i think they are just run like ****.

Man, I wonder why their finance executive suite is a revolving door!

Company is a complete ****ing disaster. In 36 months people will wonder how anyone could have possibly been invested at any valuation, let
Alone a $50b market cap.
