hoping they had agreed on numbers in the last week or two and are just ironing out the details, obviously this huge run up can't be good for negotiations for CCIV if they still don't have numbers yet. Nobody knows what exact valuations would be though, so maybe it won't have too much of an impact. If this comes out at like 80b valuation with current price, will have to reconsider my plan to hold.
I bought a couple hundred shares of PDAC @ 14.4 with the news of merging with Li-Cycle will trade under LICY on the NYSE by Q2
Getting in on the hype...
Managed to sell 40 shares at 39.50 friday and rebuy them this morning 37.50, also added 50 warrants. Ready for blast off 369 commons and 150 warrants for me.

I'm intrigued. Funny how much it's sold off after today's gap up, though, it's just a hair above breakeven on day now lol.
I'm going to hold into the merger. A 'green' + lithium play in todays market dynamics seems like a no brainer. I bought it with trimmings from CRE.V so just a bit more diversity on my lithium bets.
Bought 200 of CVII.U as some possible sympathy for Churchills success if this deal goes through. Still going to hold CCIV, right now $100 is a panic sell, $70 plus and I'll consider it based on sentiment at the time. If we get that high.
I actually bought some deep OTM puts like 10 minutes before this moonshot as insurance in case the the deal ended up falling through.
worthless now, but who cares!
You could get them cheaper now but they would still pay off if the deal falls through. Thats what I like about the puts right now, March 19 $20s could be a 10 baggers at $.90 right now. The further away from $10 we go is affecting the put prices but it doesn't really matter as all these gains will be gone if its a no deal. We aren't going to just go to $20 if this is a no deal. People will be pissed off and I see it no higher than $12.
had to replace the battery on the ol benzo this mornin so I can confirm there's a market there :P
I did a lot of research in the space when I invested in FCC.V to refine cobalt and recycle it out of older batteries. It's a huge market, I'm more concerned about EXRO giving a second life to batteries than I am with QS in the near term.
Lithium prices are skyrocketing as long as it doesn't crash before the merger is complete we should be deep in the money. Look at the 5 year chart we're nowhere near all time highs yet. https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/lithium

Are you in EXRO too? Was looking at it yesterday as well when i picked up some PDAC. Seems exciting.
Very exciting indeed, I've been in for a little while so it's one of my huge winners. They wiped the trading history once it uplisted to the venture in Canada but you can still see everything on OTC EXROF. Once Sue took over as CEO it started to fly!
Pretty excited about BlackSky to SFTW, rumor last night and DA now premarket this morning, Theil PIPE. Has all the necessary meme traits, PLTR of the sky etc etc
Following my follow theil strategy, Got 50 coms and 120 warrants pre market, hoping to get about 500 of each in the next couple days.
No, I saw warrants go to $10 and considered buying but didn't feel confident with the few minutes I had to look into it and missed out. Just sounds like some profit taking, as well as someone putting out rumours of another spac merging with lucid which didn't have any legitimacy and some large sell orders triggering stop losses. Too bad for everyone who had the 55 and 60 calls but I was expecting a pullback after Tuesdays news which didn't really come. Overall it's still a great spot to be at going forward.
Congrats to the people who took CCIV profits, mega sale on everything today and they win twice if they still have cash. Down about 9% on open across all my SPACs. Standing pat and just holding today.
No cash but like DMYD at 17, NGA at 18, SNPR at 12, STIC at 13, VIH at 15, THCB at 15
Also a bunch of pre rumors have pulled back to reasonable prices above Nav, lots of opportunity.
