Lol ...
But why would U sell today if not too personal ?

Yeah, sorry, but that just seems like a bad decision. Guessing the top is generally not a good idea. Sure, it's not straight parabolic anymore and there's been some pullback, but most indications are it will continue to go up. I would have waited for more definitive evidence of a reversal before selling personally.

Needed to free up cash. I’m certain I will regret it.

It's not really guessing the top, just selling a position

Aren't you always "guessing" a top when you sell an asset? Unless you know something for certain, it's always just a guess based on probabilities.

Even the best traders having losing trades. They even sell bottoms and buy tops.

If I have less risk in a stock I will be guessing that top is much higher than I would in an overextended option that expires in 4 days

I don’t understand people giving him a hard time for selling as if it’s guaranteed silver hits $35 before going back to $22 for a few weeks or months

Having collected coins for quite a few years, I would say find a good, reputable dealer near you and see what they can do for you. Some are much better than others to deal with and will call you if they happen to get what you want in...That said, they also tend to hoard some of the good stuff for themselves, so good luck there. When silver was $15/oz, they were selling coins at $20/oz and could not keep it in stock. I haven't checked in with my guys recently, but I assume they are still out of stock on ANYTHING that you might want (dimes, quarters, halves, dollars), and are still charging steep premiums: https://www.apmex.com/product/23331/...bu-random-year Even 1oz bullions rounds are over $30/oz....

And this is true. But there is something special about the precious metals. You are ignoring a great deal of history to just lump them in with other commodities.

They have been money for much of recorded history. And while it is clearly speculative, there is a good fundamental argument for them returning to that role.

In this case there is also a strong argument that the fiat experiment has fundamentally mispriced these “commodities.”

And rehypothecation, and other surprising schemes like GLD are quite real...

In fact, replacing them as money by definition zapped some of their utility. So if they were to return...there should theoretically be a transferrence of value...

Looks like SLV went down ~7% in premarket this morning. This seems non-ideal.

I mean official measures, which came out today and sparked this dumping. Some prices are up due to supply chain disruptions, not real inflation.

Lol @ believing their stats. No manipulation though

Lol you're a moron. Nobody has to 'believe' stats, you can just check prices yourself.

Lol so I’m a moron for not trusting their stats, I go grocery shopping and there isn’t a little inflation like the numbers says. Keep sheeping
There is a lot of inflation due to money printing like no tomorrow, supply chain disruption too.
